Although this was a while ago, it is a fond memory. Your literally a mile or so off shore standing in water up to your chest with Stingrays swimming all around you. The soft mushroomy creatures brush up against you and it does kind of...More

We went there on a private charter with another family we met in Cayman. I was uncomfortable at first....all I could think of was Steve Irwin!! But became acclimated and it was so amazing. They are like lovable puppies, they want to snuggle and be...More

Did this 22 years ago on Honeymoon cruise and thought it was AMAZING. Brought our 12 & 14 yr old sons to GC to experience. Went with Moby Dick Tours. They were funny and nice, but had ~40 people on the boat. There were TONS...More

Fun to see from a boat and get in the water and swim with the stingrays. The sandbar in the middle of the ocean is quite a surprise! Everyone who visits Grand Cayman whether on cruise or land stay should visit Stingray City.

While this place does get a little crowded, it's easy to see why. Docile stingrays (water dogs?) rubbing against your legs in the shallow water, taking food out of your hands, is an amazing experience. We were smiling and laughing at their antics the entire...More

This is one of the most touristy things to do in Grand Cayman, but is a MUST do. Amazing experience. Go with a fun crew and you wont be disappointed.

Booked in the morning, through hotel at the Ritz. Went from their private dock, which saves a travel step from having to board a bus then a boat. Probably cost a bit more but worth it. Three stops on our exclusion. First was Stingray City,...More

This is one of the best shallow dives you can find. Lots of colorful fish and stingrays looking for a free handout. Stingrays will swim right up & down over you gently rubbing their soft underside against your head & arms. Kind of feels like...More
