Plagued by torrential rain in the Caymans, what is there to do?! Visit the local Brewery, learn how they make beer, meet some enthusiastic and happy hosts and guests, drink a few samples and have a great time! I'd like to say that the sun came out when we left the brewery - it didn't! But we had a fun... More

$5 CI or $6.25 US will get you a tour of Cay Brews facilities and free pints of current brews. Our tour guide - DiDi was the best. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We were lucky enough to catch their Craft Brew - Twisted Citrus. This is a definite to do while on the island for a week. TIP: If you... More

We came to the brewery tour one afternoon and were very pleased with the staff and tour! They are very knowledgeable and very friendly! Caybrew is amazing and sample multiple beers on tap definitely makes it worth the drive!

Was only in the Caymans for 2 days and it wasn't a pleasure trip. However, my friend and I found a bit of time and this was on our short list of things to see. For the life of me I cannot recall the bartender's name but she was so friendly, welcoming and had a great sense of humour.

DeeDee was a great tour guide. Knowledgeable and sweet. Very interesting to see how they do it...brewing and bottling. Got to taste all their beers...even the ones not on tap that day. Ironstone bock and the 345 stout were my favorites.

I was impressed by the operation of this brewery. We took the tour, and we were presently surprised to hear they had biodegradable six pack beer can holders. They are being environmentally conscious and show enough concern for dolphins to make their holders biodegradable. Their recycling program for their beer bottles also should be commended! We were happy to hear... More

If you're lucky and/or brave enough to come by, you'll get far more for your money than just a brewery tour and some samples. There's a genuine love for the business and for each other among the people you'll meet, and if you get there early enough, Darlene will be both your guide and bartender-whose knowledge and joy will be... I was pleasantly surprised by the micro brewery on the Cayman Island. We visited the brewery fairly early in the morning and was given a tour of the brewery, our guide was super friendly and took us through all the steps that they have to get to their yummy local brew. After the time we could sample the brewers products... More
