This is easily accessible by car and most tours stop here from what I understand....from Frigate bay area heading south on island, this pull-over is just to the left on top of Timothy Hill.....you will see some vendors set up on days cruise ships are in port......park and hop out of car for spectacular views of the island where you... We took an island tour by open bus from the St Kitts' cruise port, Port Zante, and the final stop prior to returning to Port Zante was overlooking the the South Peninsula. The bus climbs up Timothy Hill and down the other side, where there is a beach stop for those interested. It then labours back up Timothy Hill (which... More

After the National Railway Tour we made our way to the top of Timothy Hill where we could get a magnificent view of the island. It provides a gorgeous view of the place where the Atlantic Ocean meets with the Caribbean Sea. From here you’ll be able to see the neighboring island Nevis in the distance and beautiful landscapes. One... More

We took this route a few times to get to some of the beaches and to observe the new construction happening on the road/tunnel, the new hotel and site for new marina. Would love to go back to see the completion of those projects as well as to see the fantastic views again.

We stayed at a villa at the end of this peninsula and drove through it every day. The views are spectacular. If you're on a cruise and have a day to spend in St. Kitts, be sure and take an island tour. It's so worth it.

You can't visit St Kitts without visiting the South Peninsula. the views are simply breathtaking. I have travelled this road many times, and it gets more beautiful each time I do.

We took the "Sea Bridge" car ferry from Majors Bay in St. Kitts to Nevis. Based on the rates posted online, the ferry should have cost us about 51 USD - for a car, driver, and one passenger. Although the sign at the ferry states that passengers should pay before embarking, when we tried to pay, the woman at the... More

Just a stop off for photos but what a great view of the Atlantic side and the Caribbean side. There is a little gift stall with very reasonably priced magnets and t shirts. She also sells "Ting with a sting" (lemonade with a local spirit)...very nice.
