A wonderful place that offers many beautiful surprises, be it in the back garden or at the front by the pool, or in The View restaurant, I always immediately found myself in a deeply relaxed state. That's what makes this place so very special for me.

The staff are very professional, not intrusive, but naturally warm-hearted and friendly. I always felt very comfortable.

The Prices are fair and very reasonable for such a sophisticated place and allow space for every budget.

The pool has salt water, which I also really liked.
The garden in particular is lovingly tended by the owner Claudia and her team. And one can feel the respect and care for the plants and trees. I have not found a more beautiful place on St. Kitts, where so much attention is paid to each detail to make you feel at home.

We found this resort club on Trip Advisor when researching things to do in Basseterre St Kitts. Booking was simple by email with a confirmatory phone calll on the day. Palm Court Gardens was a short taxi ride from the harbour, it could be walked but we decided to save the energy. On arrival we wre shown the beautiful gardens and taken to our reserved double sunbed by the infinity pool overlooking the bay. The bar service was very efficient and the restaurant excellent. Overall what a great way to chill out for a day at a very reasonable price

After booking at Palms Court, I was so excited to get there. I was not disappointed in any way. The views are spectacular, the staff gracious and helpful and the apartment lovely. It had anything you could possibly need. If not, just ask for what you need and it appears quickly. They had hung an American flag on the pole near the apartment. What attention to detail and effort to make us welcome!

The apartment has AC only in the bedroom, but with the breeze that is really all that is needed. The kitchen is well provisioned. The is a good sized spice selection which is very helpful if you plan to cook. There was sugar and coffee available. There was even a new bottle of olive oil in the fridge. I appreciated having a good sized mug for my coffee. Great for sitting on the wrap around deck in the mornings. The deck is also a great place to sip a glass of wine in the evening.
The gardens are spectacular, peaceful and charming. There is a play are for children.

The gardens and pool are open to the public from 9am to 5pm so it is your own other times. The pool guests were quiet and unobtrusive.

There is a washer and dryer available. I appreciate this as it allows me to pack lighter.

Thanks Claudia for a wonderful time.

Lovely position overlooking the sea. Great pool and small garden area. We visited as part of a tour and expected an hour's walk round a garden. I have since been told that it is a great restaurant but we did not sample it.

Hi Lakelover908 Many thanks for the time and effort you took to leave us a feedback, although we are a little puzzled that your review headliner recommends not to visit on a tour stop. Did you want to say that it is better to come on your own without a tour? Visitors who come on a tour usually value the rather short stop while being on an island tour, as they would not have found Palms Court Gardens otherwise and then come back on their own on their next visit to the island. All the best for your future travels and we will be happy to welcome you for a longer stay next time!

This is an absolute must. Hospitality was amazing. Views spectacular. Food was delicious. We saved this place for our last night and I wish we knew about all the intricacies earlier. Next time we come, we plan on doing pool and day chilling/eating here. Top to bottom our favorite place on the island. Highly, highly recommend.

First, this is a beautiful setting overlooking the Bassettaire port especially if there's a ship or two visiting, It is really exquisite. The gardens are beautiful, but it's hard to really take that in at night. We also visited during the day. We were the only ones in the restaurant when we ate around 8 o'clock. Started with a drink at the bar and both the cocktail and wine were outstanding. Bartender was helpful without being intrusive. For dinner my wife and I had very different experiences. We split the minestrone soup which was very good and she had ginger lamb meatballs, which she really enjoyed, and the one bite that I got was really good. On the other hand, I ordered duck and it was chainsaw.
tough. Certainly in the running for worst I have attempted to eat. We did not have dessert, but there were some interesting items on the menu.

We stumbled upon this restaurant on our way to another place for dinner and wish we would have found it sooner. The view is amazing and the food delicious. Definitely a little oasis in the middle of the city. The setting is so beautiful and the staff are all so friendly and kind. Like dining with friends. Wish we would have found it sooner we would have definitely enjoyed eating there again. This is a must if you are in St Kitts. The food was hands down the best we had while in St Kitts.

We’ve been coming here for years. Always had to make an advanced reservation. Made it more than a year ago. Always used first come first served for seating so we were shocked to arrive at opening and have terrible seating because we did not specify where we wanted to sit. When we reserved there was no place to indicate that. Won’t be back anymore. Another favorite ruined by overwxpansion.

Dear Dee & Steven Thank you for your time you took to share your feedback with us and future travelers. We are sad to hear that your favorite visiting spot is no longer your favorite, and merely, as you explain, because the location of the loungers was not as you had wished for. Our reservations records though only show two reservations for you; the first one on Aug. 30. 2018, and the second one for this reservation on Oct. 29. 2019. This is hardly a year ago, but we are all aware, time rushes faster by than we wish for. There are a few other facts that we need to set straight, not as an excuse, but in the interest of the future traveler, to be able to build his/her own opinion: We still do have, in a matter of fact, the policy “first come first serve”, but it is not in regards of the physical arrival in the morning on the visiting day, (and has never been!), but refers to the date when the reservation is made. End of October 2019 is not that far away from the 10. of February 2020, some guests do really book 8 - 12 months in advance. We have not expanded since your last visit, the additional lounge chairs on the front lawn were added years ago; and in general, visitors are grateful to get one of these loungers, rather than none. Since you are a repeat visitor, and you were familiar with the set-up of the loungers, we regret that you didn’t indicate your preference in your message (because there IS enough space): Your Message: Would like to reserve 4 loungers on Monday February 10, 2020 There is unlimited space to write a message on our online contact form, which you have used to make this reservation, and many visitors write 3 - 4 paragraphs indicating on which ship they arrive, at what time they plan to be at Palms Court, and pose some questions, for instance describing their preferred chair location, and ask if it is still available. We are truly sorry to read that you won’t come anymore although Palms Court was one of your favorite spots, only because you were unhappy with your today’s location of seating? We would be happy to have you with us again next year, especially because you told me upon leaving, what a wonderful day you had. To allow for easier correspondence when placing a reservation, and to make sure you have all the writing space needed, we suggest to write directly to our e-mail address: inquiries@palmscourtgardens.com, rather than going through the online form. We send our best wishes for your future travels from the entire team Palms Court Gardens.

Am oasis of calm and shade on a hot day with a stupendous view over Bassterre and the Caribbean Sea.
Haute cuisine from the unexpected amuse bouche, the intriguing Fire & Ice soup, Mahi Mahi tacos and Flourless chocolate cake.
But not finished, and expresso and petit fours!
Can only be recommended.

We booked day passes prior to leaving for our cruise. I thought for 15.00 a person it was well worth it given prices at some other resorts. This is a beautiful place with very comfy chairs and loungers. We did not eat there only bought bottled water and a can coke. Coke was 4.00. Which maybe normal for that area. Not sure. The lady we dealt with was nice and I would definitely go back. We walked and the road going there is a main road but there were locals all over the sidewalk area. Some nice and some made me feel a little uncomfortable. A lady we passed stopped and ask us if we needed directions and then told us to stay on this road and not go down any side roads. You can see the ship from the gardens.

Dear Snoopy, Thank you for your review. Our day passes are US $12.00 per adult, and US $10.80 for persons between the ages of 1-21yrs. We are happy to hear that you were pleased with the service given by Chantel, our bartender, whom is one of our “customer favorite's”. Everyone is always taken back by the beautiful view from our infinity pool, where you can indeed see the cruise ships docked at the pier. The management and staff of Palms Court Gardens hope that we get to welcome you again in the near future. Best regards, Shakila Audain
