Greg was born and brought up on St. Kitts and Nevis and following his return home from College in Nova Scotia Canada in 1980, started working at his Parents hotel, the Ocean Terrace Inn, with one of his jobs being to do tours for the hotels guests.

While growing up on St. Kitts, Greg's parents became leaders in the local Tourism Industry, starting one of the first hotels in the islands, with Greg's Dad, eventually receiving the "Order of the British Empire" (OBE), from the St. Kitts Government for his outstanding achievements in local Industry.

This has given Greg a unique grounding as well as a deep sense of understanding for his home country and coupled with his tourism training abroad, has allowed him to become one of leading and longest serving tour guides in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis. Greg and his team of certified Tour Guides have won many awards from the Tourism Authority for their businesses high standards of service.

From the very beginning Greg has used modified, 4X4 Land Rovers to do his "unique" island Safaris with. Being specially made, the 8 Land Rovers he uses today, are all open sided with mostly forward facing, stadium orientated seating, that provide his guests with the best way to experience exploring beyond the shores of St. Kitts and Nevis. Greg's Safaris is the only tour company in the Federation that uses 4X4 Land Rovers for touring on both islands!

For your private, half days hiking pleasure, Greg has created two "unique looped hiking trails", one at the Phillips Mountain Valley (2 miles long), and at the other at the Wingfield River Valley (2 1/2 miles long), on St. Kitts. His company is also the only one on St. Kitts to offer driving tours from coast to coast through the lushly forested interior and while traveling through the mountains his guests would have access to a private 5 acre "mountain top property", perched1000 feet sea level, a place of cool temperatures and breathtaking views, that can only be experienced on a "one of kind" 4X4 Safari Tour with him and his guides.

Greg is one of the founding members of the St. Christopher National Trust and as well, sits on the Central Forest Reserve National Park Committee. He is also a Life Member of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, The Brimstone Hill National Park and is also part owner of Sky Safaris, a company he started in 2009.

Booking for the "Off the Beaten Path Jeep and Beach Tour" was easy via the internet. Greg picked us up at the assigned time at the cruise port. We arrived a few minutes early at our meeting spot and other venders in the cruise port tried to steal us away from Greg's tour saying that he forgot about us but... More

Took this tour for an excursion off a cruise ship. The webpage makes the 4x4 look like a small vehicle with 2-4 people. It actually is 10-12 people with a driver. The sites were beautiful. The web page indicated a "light snack"; it actually is rum punch. The reason for the lower rating is we went 3.5 hours with no... More

Our party of 5 took the "Off The Beaten Path tour with Greg. The 4x4 we travelled in was comfortable, clean and safe. This tour showed us the wonderful diversity of St. Kitts. Greg took great pride in showing and educating us about his island home and in a very fun way. Greg did not rush. He allowed lots of time... More

This is a great tour to take in St. Kitts and was by far the most fun we had on our cruise. The tour operator genuinely cares about his business and people having a good time. The drive is absolutely beautiful! We got so many wonderful pictures and the tour guide is willing to wait/slow down if you want to... More

Thanks to Greg and his team we had an amazing safari tour going through the rain forest of St Kitts. We booked this excursion from our cruise, we were collected from the pier onto the 4x4 and driven through this amazing forest with beautiful trees taking in the lovely views from the top of this beautiful Island. We then went... More

We disembarked from Royal Caribbean's Freedom of the Seas cruise ship in Basseterre, St Kitts and went directly to Greg's Tours. Our tour guide Joseph was very well informed all through the tour. We started out along the shore's of the Caribbean and then headed up into the rain forest. At the top of mountain we walked up to a... More

We took the half day farm and rainforest tour with Greg personally. Although not staying at a major hotel, he nicely agreed to pick us up from a convenient spot. It was a good way to spend the afternoon, and learn about the island's history and facts about the rainforest. Very interesting. Hike --although upward--was not too difficult, which is... More
