If you are looking for a cool spot away from the coast the this is it. The gardens are quiet and peaceful and very beautiful - they would benefit from some sort of guide book or tour guide but they are lovely just to walk around. The drive to get to them is also very beautiful -,well worth a visit.

I was completely blown away by this incredible paradise. What a masterpiece of gardening. Every step and every head turn presented a different stunning example of nature. I could have spent hours here, but our tour was limited to minutes. Just magnificent!!

High in the hills, these tropical gardens are reminiscent of Costa Rica. Experience hummingbirds , butterflies and rare plantation in this beautiful environment. Only 5 US dollars entry and take a taxi up from Kingston. A memorable way to spend an hour

These gardens are absolutely BEAUTIFUL and if you love gardens, they should be on the list of "what not to miss" when you visit St. Vincent!!! Some reviews mention the owner is a bit arrogant... and having met him, that IS true... But, he is an artist who has developed and shares a paradise for us all to visit! So,... More

Visited the island from a cruise and decided to get a local taxi tour instead of the ones you book on the ship. What a great trip through the lush countryside to this wonderful garden in the centre of the island. Still privately owned and tended by a small team of locals. Trees plants and flowers in abundance with well... More

Visited the gardens today in much anticipation. Met the Owner at the beginning of the visit...was totally unimpressed. After exchanging introductions, he presented as an arrogant, aloof ambassador. His unkempt appearance and his t-shirt that was more holes than t-shirt coupled with his strong desire to collect the entry fee and then "disappear", just before insisting on a Trip Advisor... More

This is one of the most beautiful gardens you will see on this Island, and elsewhere. If you love seeing a fabulous variety in a lovely setting, you will love it once you have arrived. A bit of a trek to get there - road is not in best shape. Need own auto - taxi - or driver to take... More
