It's a very popular beach so there were lots of people which made it a bit noisy. It's very nice - clear water but has some seaweed. All the huts were taken so we had to make do with a picnic bench under a tree. I would recommend bringing your own beach chair so you don't have to rent one.

The water is nice to get there is another story you get solicited by vendors from other beaches to do water sports just not the way to do it, there should be stations or a central office set up so if one chooses to they can. Nothing like a non-uniformed person approaching to do stuff not knowing where to go... More

I have visited this beach several times over the years. You have always had to pay to gain access along the road, as it sits in a heritage park that needs supporting. 30 years ago it was underdeveloped and needed more. It was scenic and the beach and swimming were nice. A few benches and small cabanas were good for... More

Pigeon Point Beach is usually great swimming - clean and lovely facilities. You could even purchase refreshments IF you didn't go with the idea of staying. It's not unusual to experience an 'off day'at anything, which I did on my last visit... very breezy and not suitable swimming conditions. But, there's always something serene and beautiful about this beach that... More

None has the comparison of the other beaches. That is where all Trinidadian flock to have a good time. Need a bit upgrade, but in all, it's worth it.
