Even if your not a cigar person the “personality of the island” is there. You have to stop in and meeting this lovely lady who makes you feel at home and watch the “the man” roll your cigar. Great spot in Provo and don’t forget...More
I was on my own and decided to stroll into the TCI Cigar Factory looking for unique gifts. It was such an interesting and fun time because I have always liked hanging with the guys. I really enjoyed the banter, as I was asked to...More
The service was great. The review is based upon the cigar flavor.
The mild cigars were heavy, spicy and oily and not in a pleasant manner. The cigar had a good draw and was wrapped well. The blend of tobaccos was not pleasant. I am...More
Cigars were from Cuban seed, grown in Nicaragua. They even had a person hand-rolling, on-site. I bought a few of the larger sizes, most what they said were mild (Connecticut wrapper) and 1 stronger (Ecuadorian wrap). The draw was quite easy, the burn smooth.
Stopped by to purchase some cigars. As an aficionado I have smoked the best of them. I really don't care about Cuban or Cuban seed, as long as the taste is good and it is reasonably priced, I'm good. The selection was quite large, they...More

Visited the cigar factor in early March 2018..... Girl behind the counter was not inviting or helpful at all..in fact, she didn't say much at all. The guy making cigars wore ear plugs listening to music or watching a show, so couldn't ask him any...More

Admittedly, I was sceptical. I was wrong. The tobacco was quality and the cigars were rolled very well. They burned evenly and cool. I don't know where the rollers were trained, but they certainly know what they're doing. Very good smokes. You'll enjoy them. Excellent...More

There are many dozen different sizes options of their in house handmade cigars, their wall is plenty to chose from. I bought modest ones such as a mini 5 inch torpedo and a slim 36 ring 7 inches long shaped. Both were about 10-12$ each although prices ranges for other cigars were higher... I didn't notice all prices but when some brands exceed 30$, little too much for my wallet ;) Sorry, no e-mail address I can recall... it was pretty close to the seven stars hotel in a small outlet. Ask around locals, there's only 1 handmade cigar place. The other on the main road is a reseller with brand names.
