Beautiful beach with the seclusion you cannot get at Grace Bay. The beach and water directly in front of the resort is covered in seaweed but if you walk about 10min north you have the beach to yourself and it is clear of seaweed. It...More

We rented an SUV that didn't have all wheel drive or 4-wheel drive and we found out the hard way. While in route we hit a stretch of road that was deep sand we got stuck. Fortunately for us, we met some of the nicest...More

We drove to Northwest Point Resort and walked out on their beach. The beach was awful. Tons of seaweed and the water was dark, not a pretty blue at all. Not sure if there's a better location on this beach.

Walked here and it is just peaceful and quiet. You need to drive on a rough and narrow dirt road for 15 minutes or so. When you get there you are alone except for another two or three couples.

This beach is easy to find, very much isolated, and, with the exception of one resort, completely undeveloped. The drive is a long one, with the last few miles being a two track through the bush. The track, however, is in good shape and easily...More

Different from Grace Bay, but in a totally great way. Waters are not as calm, beach not as crisp; but it is beautiful, quiet, and secluded in comparison. Absolutely loved our time there.

This is a long beach area that stretches into the nature reserve. It was quite rough surf and the sand was covered in seaweed. We were the only people on the beach most of the time. It is pretty here, but not a great beach...More
