We visited this beach right outside of The Shore Club Luxury resort (A beautiful resort). Perhaps we visited on a bad day, but the beach was filled with weeds and was not enticing to enter, especially since there was no spacious width of sand. My...More

Very quiet for long walks but the beach is only about 10-15ft wide. I recommend wearing sandals or water shoes, no bare feet.

The place is amazing. The whole bay is about 30" deep. You can see the reef about 2.5 miles out from the beach and it's the same depth the entire way. There is a ship wreck on the reef that ran aground during a storm....More

Its incredible how shallow and clear it is. Perfect for kite boarding, there must have been 35 people in a small area.

I cycled here from my Air bnb in Leeward estates. It took a while for me to find the access point as I cycled along Long bay road. I had to backtrack up island along the Leeward highway to The Shore Club. I parked my...More

We are spending 30 days on this beach. The sand is soft and white as snow. The water is clear and clean and the water temperature is perfect.

We biked over to Long Bay Beach to check it out. It is rather narrow and really only seems good for kite sailing, very windy. Wouldn't head over there just to spend the day on the beach.

Don’t attempted to swim here, we must of came during the high tide because there was nothing but seaweed. Only thing going on here is kiteboarding at the shore club.

There are better beaches on this island. The colors are nice, but it is windy. Great for kiteboarding if that is what you want to do. There was a ton of seaweed during our visit.

We were there in early March and it was only surfers in the water. It is a huge beach, so you will find a space for swimming. The other side is much prettier though

I agree! Turtle Cove was the best place. People were very respectful of them and just admired them, which is the way it should be. "Take only photographs, leave only footprints." I read this quote a long time ago, and it... More
