Our vision is to include as much of the community as possible, to promote local agriculture and talent. Our dinners are catered by some of the best the best local chefs on a rotating basis. We choose to give free reign of the menu to the featured chef so that every night we have something fresh and inspired. Everything is made from scratch and supports our farm to table philosophy.

Our second dining experience on Bon Bagay. Even better than in 2015 because the weather was fantastic. Chef Jamison was excellent in preparing a multi-course meal in a tiny shipboard galley with produce entirely sourced from St. Croix and including meat from the island's own...More

The Frederiksted waterfront is spectacular, especially viewed from a sail boat. We saw the sun set and the moon rise - beautiful. But the best part was the food. Jameson prepared a five course dinner the was beyond tasty!

Captain Jerrod and Chef Jamison believe in giving back to the island and so all food for your 5-course meal is sourced from local St. Croix farms. We had arugula with cashew dressing and a delicious dessert with a breadfruit sauce that tasted like creme...More

St Thomas and St John are too far for a day trip and you would have to do a multi day charter.
