My boyfriend is recently certified and I wanted to give him a special gift of a dive trip when we were in St. Thomas. We scheduled a wreck dive and a reef dive. He never made it down for the wreck dive and I spent all my dive time looking for him. He was underweighted and had to swim pretty far to get back to the “dive boat”. No one offered him assistance and I got “chastised” because I was looking for him underwater. Not exactly what I was expecting. …
