When you "tour" this building, you are given a very regimented line you have to stay on that you can view the building and property from. You are extremely limited on viewing the gardens, which in my opinion is the highlight of seeing this house....More

value-added tax (VAT) was introduced in The Bahamas at a rate of 7.5 percent. The government will raise that tax to 12 percent, effective on July 1, 2018. I don't want to pic on the Government House itself, as I am sure this is great....More

This structure was not open when we were there. I am not sure it is ever open to the public. The architecture was interesting and nice for a bike drive by. Thats about it.

This building is down town Nassau so you do not need to take a special tour to see it or the surrounding buildings which are very stunning and interesting if you like history
