Being a history freak - really enjoyed the museum. After the tour- opens up into a nice courtyard and bar area. Reasonable but some what small gift shop.

Captain Shallow was in costume and was truly entertaining and excellent. We got a drink 15% off in pirate pub after we bought our tickets and walked through the museum with a drink! We learned ALOT! The exhibits were entertaining and well done!

This museum is full of lots of recreations, some cheesy and some decent, but overall definitely worth a trip if you are into history. DH and I spent about an hour and a half walking though reading everything and had a great time.

We had an awesome pirate greet us outside. On a self-guided tour, you board a life-like pirate ship and the woodwork is amazing. As you make your way through the exhibit, there are True False questions throughout, with the answer hidden under a piece of...More

I wasn't sure what to expect after reading mix reviews but I was pleasantly surprised to find a replica of a pirate ship, fun facts and exhibits. It's a lot bigger inside than what you see on the outside. Cost is $13 for adults and...More

I love history, and felt a trip down a mock up of a dock and pirate ship from a bygone era was just ideal. This attraction is quaint, and given a pub is part of the site (kids can drink a soda), what could be...More

The pirate museum was interesting. It is air conditioned and a walk through tour. I read the reviews and was excited for this tour and left a little disappointed. It reminded me of the Disney World pirates tour except not on a boat. There were...More
