This is the best beach I’ve ever been on. The water is crystal clear, no rocks, no seaweed. White sand.

We spent some time on Cabbage Beach, as it was near the hotel we were staying at. It was a good place to go for a little stroll and also relax while catching some rays.

The public part has lots of garbage from visitors, it is a shame, bottles, empty soda cans, straws, etc. if you can walk towards the end, which is less crowded or toward the atlantis hotel

This is a long beach which continues from Atlantis. The public section has a lot of litter both on the beach and in the water, from both locals and tourists. Swimming area is buoyed about 50 mts from the shore and beyond that is a...More

Very pretty beach, very smooth sand and the water is super clear. Waves were pretty tame. Very easy to just hang out in the water for long periods of time.

This is a really nice public beach with gorgeous crystal clear turquoise water. It is a very long beach, but if you park your spot near the hotels, be ready to get hustled by island folks selling everything from coconut cocktails and cigars to banana...More

In walking distance of where we stayed at Bay View suite, and also from Atlantis. Strong waves and fine sand, very nice beach. Easy to walk along the beach and listen to the waves crashing. Bring a chair to sit on if you have. A...More

My husband and I rented a scooter in Nassau for a few hours while our cruise was ported. We drove over to Paradise Island and eventually found our way to Cabbage Beach. Our experience was a little different as we visited in Oct 2017 a...More

By free I mean you get what you pay for. The surf here is really rough and you can hardly stand up in the waves. The colors of the water looking out are amazing though. There is the benefit that you are right next to...More

We stayed at The Atlantis and took a walk down the beach in search of a good snorkelling spot but turned back halfway through. It's a beautiful beach, and the best part is the hotels are way past you by that point so there are...More

We just asked ours to take us to Cabbage Beach and he took us to the right spot. There is a common drop off spot where it appeared that all the taxis do drop offs and pickups.

Hi I didn't see anyone offering massages but we did walk to the right of the busy area so maybe just below the restaurant part.
