Stinrays galore!

What a great unique kind of thing to do. The stingrays were great, the staff was fun, and very accommodating. Definitely recommended to do this.

We left on the tenders which took about 35 minutes to get to the prestigious "white sand" Balmoral Island. The sand was brown and not so great. Little direction was given. We had to sign waivers then got into the enclosure with about 5 stingrays that swam around. The woman was holding one stingray and she went around to everyone... More

My 12 year-old daughter cannot touch a slice of a raw salmon, while handling it. She asks me to wash it, then, she can marinade it herself. Knowing her behavior pattern, we booked this adventure, and were happy she was able to complete the challenge. The teachers were attentive and caring; they supported and encouraged children and adults alike to... More

We did this excursion as a part of a Carnival cruise. The sting rays have had their barbs clipped for safety. We were able to touch, feed, and hold the Rays. There were many in the bay and the feeding experience was unique and fun. The dolphin bay is directly next to you so you are able to watch part... More

We really enjoyed this excursion. The boat ride takes about 30 minutes or so and was pleasant enough. We had an excellent guide on the way back that pointed out land marks and such. I've always been hesitant about fish swimming against my legs and this didn't bother me at all. Enjoyed holding and feeding them. Got some fun pictures... More

We were hesitate to do this excursion, but it turned out great!!! The stingrays are debarbed so it's safe. The meeting lasts for approx. an hour and there are about 7 stingrays in the enclosure. The biggest one was 215lbs. They let you pet and feed them. There's a photographer on-site (no other pictures are allowed). The only "photo package"... More

Had a wonderful experience swimming with the sting rays. They were de-barbed so 100% safe and gentle. They swim past you bumping gently into your hands and feet. I enjoyed the experience completely. The staff were knowledgable and friendly. I enjoyed being able to snorkel with them afterwards before the next group came in. However, make sure you take your... More

I must say that it was fun to watch people actually get into the water and get very up close and personal with these sea creatures however they still had their stingers so I wasn't about to get too close but my family and friends really enjoyed the experience.

I loved the stingray tour. The stingrays are tame and yet still have their stingers. They are released from the pen often and choose to come back. They bump all over you. They are graceful and beautiful. The guides that do this tour are amazing.
