Love this beach out of the tourist areas great to find shells and explore the shore! It's unfortunate that they have not rebuilt the areas and hotels around it.

Nice quite beach where we feel safe and have a lot of privacy. Our "go to", beach only 1 mile from home. Just enough people around to feel safe yet have space.

Xanadu Beach is a quiet beach with absolutely no amenities. The good thing is you will not likely encounter anybody else on this beach, the downside is...if you need a bar and somebody playing music around you then this is not the spot for you....More

Years ago this beach was hopping. Now it is dirty and deserted and hard to access. You have to walk through bushes to get there.

Yes I heard that 5 years ago and still waiting. Thinks move at a slow pace sometimes.
