Princess Cays is perfect for a low cost beach day. While the lounge chairs are free, we always rent a clamshell for the shade. We got on an early tender using our elite status and the beach attendant found us a clamshell facing the beach and ship with no one in front of us. The beach buffet is very good... More

Princess Cay is a tender port and should be considered a beach day. For those of you that like beach days....this is right up your ally. For those that are not into beach days, then either stay on the ship or take a tour of the island. The first time we were here, we did the beach day.......second time we... More

Like others say it is nice stop. Charge everything to your stateroom card and the free buffet is OK but can always eat back on ship. Best part is sheltered beach and no locals hassling you trying to hustle their goods. And beach chairs free. Good beach for young kids but few rocks to stay clear of.

As the first port on Royal Princess cruise, this island, owned & created by Princess, requires a tender boat into the port. Worth it just to stretch your legs, walk around and feel the breezes before boarding ship for next port of call. Nothing overwhelmingly different from what you expect from Princess cruise lines. Clean, safe, friendliness abounds.

Princess Cays was a first stop of the Royal Princess 2016/2017 New year cruise. I'd say it a nice relaxing place, with clean sandy beach, plenty of hammocks in the sun and in the shade. You can watch the fish from a platform above the see. There are some vendors with arts and crafts. Cold water and reasonable buffet was... More

We visited and spent half a day the Princess Cave during our cruise vacation with Princess Cruises, it was the first stop your itinerary. The organization for the tour was excellent, cruise staff did amazing job. The Island itself absolutely beautiful with friendly shore, white sand, and turquoise clear sea water, we spent there several hours and left the place... More

This place is just an extension of the ship, different surroundings and more ways to spend money. Not much of any beaches worth going to.

A tremendous variety of things to do on Princess Cays. You can take tours of the island, enjoy the sun and sand, fish, sail, lie in a hammock, etc. The ship puts on a very nice BBQ from about 11:30 to 1:30. A very nice way to relax. We have been there 3 times. Took tours twice and just enjoyed... More

Great beach for relaxing but pay for the umbrella as soon as you can. It rained while there but only about 10 minutes. Grab fresh coconut for $5 and don't forget to ask them to open it after you drink to get fresh coconut. I bought a great scarf /sarong for $15 right on the beach. Water is mid 70... More
