Excellent small museum and coffee shop in the grounds of an historic ruined abbey. Early construction predates the Normans and the museum contains carved mediaeval stones. Beautiful setting in the tiny village of St Dogmaels. Food is fresh, local and delicious and the service is...More

Good range of snacks and drinks in a friendly cafe with tempting options on the menu. Check out the daily specials on the chalkboard for seasonal choices.

ThIs is located just below the abbey and across a very narrow road from the Y FELIN mill. So you can see them all including the historic Blessing stone in a morning You wouldn't come here just for one of them. Very picturesque place lovely...More

Some interesting things and free books, but it is very, very, small. There are some friendly ducks and a chicken just across the road :)

We visited the Coach House last Saturday evening for a special event and thought the place put on a lovely 'do'. The staff, food and atmosphere were all just right for the celebration. I highly recommend this place for a visit or as a venue...More

Stayed about 8 miles from here but saw it on trip advisor and well worth the trip for the cafe, (free) museum, arty craft shop and (free to enter) abbey ruins rolled into one fantastic place. Delightful cafe which really is frequented by the locals....More

This little museum is connected to the cafe, it has some interesting items with excellent educational descriptions. It is disabled friendly too which is nice as my mother who came with us has mobility problems and was able to look round without any issues. A...More
