Bequia is a beautiful little unspoiled island. It's like the Caribbean you see in films that sadly doesn't exist in reality, except it does, in Bequia!

A quaint little town with everything you might need for your holiday. Lots of fruit and veggie stands, 2 Knight's grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, hotels...... The perfect small town. A great place to browse around or to catch Michael's snorkel tour to Tobago Cays. If...More

We have traveled most of the Caribbean islands (bare boating and cruising) and find Bequia one of the best, and Port Elizabeth the best of Bequia. People laid back and friendly. No big deal if you don’t buy anything, but plenty to choose from. Enjoy...More

Bequia is a small island. And Port Elizabeth is the perfect small town. From the Belmont Walkway with its assortment of little shops and restaurants, Princess Margaret beach, the small clothing boutiques in town, the fruit and vegetable stands, crafts being sold...small bars where you...More

Port Elisabeth is one of the most chilled places to visit - anywhere, not just the Caribbean. I’ve arrived by both sailing yacht and the super ferry from Kingstown, St Vincent. Which ever way you arrive you are greeted by a sleepy but strangely busy...More

We went ashore here and just walked around for a bit. We bought a bottle of wine for story/share time on the yacht. The people were very friendly and helpful.

if not the world. Sleepy little town (at least in the off season) but plenty of color and characters as well as bars/restaurants to visit. A must see if you’re in SVG and much nicer than Kingstown (sorry Kingstown).

This town has plenty to see but isn't a big city like Kingston on St. Vincent. It's not overly touristy, so one gets to enjoy the local culture. I didn't go when cruise ships were there, so I cannot speak to that. There is plenty...More

Port Elizabeth is where the sailing trips depart. Also the ferries come near here too. I expected it would be dirty, as most ports are. Not Port Elizabeth. You can swim in the port and the bay here.

I loved Bequia. I’ve never been during high season, so it was quiet with most restaurants closed when I was there. St Vincent has more to do but it is difficult to get places. I recommend sticking to sightseeing by boat if... More
