I have never seen such disgrace in my life. I'm using an Amex platinum card. It says on its page that amex platinum card holders can enter, but they want metal cards at the door. There is no metal card on the page. I will file a complaint with any authority necessary and even talk to my lawyers and exercise them if I have legal rights. What they are doing is unethical, they want what is not written on their page. As an American express platinum user, how is my card valid in lounges at other airports and not valid here? Most importantly, I shared the picture of the content on the page, it says the platinum card is valid. They arrogantly asked for metal even though my card was written.

Really early flight so was looking forward to lounge breakfast. Couldn't have been more disappointed. Food options were minimal happy anything except hardened croissant for veggies. Cappuccino which the bar tender gives you was ok. Wouldn't recommend a stop here, enjoy browsing the shops instead.

This is one of the worst lounge.
Been here couple of times, but no improvement until today.
Toilet is outside. So you have to go out from the lounge to get to the toilet.
The staff (ms Devin) is also unfriendly.
Also, one of the tv screen shows:
Link to Adult Website. And my son asked what does that mean.
It is on the TV accross from the Le Minerale (mineral water chiller).
I believe that the movie was downloaded illegally from torrent or bought illegally. (indonesia broadcasting commission /KPI ) will be delighted to learn about this issue.

Visited the Saphire lounge in Jakarta terminal 2
Not worth the money. No alcohol not even beers. No canned or bottled soft drinks
No coffee machine. Just a coffee pot
Food was mixed the local food better then the western offerings. The sandwiches on display were dry. Sweets and noodle soup was nice
Hopefully the one in terminal three is better

We had access to this lounge as Turkish business class passengers. It is huge but got very busy. The food was ok but alcoholic beverages beyond wine and beer are charged. Nope considering all we paid for our airfare, we are not paying more!

The first thing that strikes you when entering the lounge is the smell. Hot and old oil being used to stir fry the spring rolls, samosas etc...
The selection of food is okay in quantity, soup, hot and cold dishes, salted and fruits, but the quality is mediocre really. Even with a lot of chilli sauce...
The selection of drinks is poor, with a choice between a couple of beers and very low level wines...
The lounge is nice because it is vast, clear and clean, seat comfortable but that is it.

Sapphire plaza premium lounge at international departure of CGK airport is a great airport lounge. One part of the lounge is accessible with priority pass select card. Another part of the lounge is accessible if you have access to plaza premium lounge. The lounge is spacious, with plenty of tables and chairs. It offers some good hot meal options, especially the special ordered a la carte items such as roast duck, steamed fish, black pepper beef at the Chinese New Year.

The lounge wasn't open when we were in Jakarta in November 2022, but it was when we were at the terminal in January 2023. We used the lounge while travelling Turkish Airlines Business Class, but we could have entered with our American Express Platinum Card.
The lounge was clean, and there are two separate bars at each end serving soft and alcoholic drinks. There was a made-to-order food station with six options available, and the service was quick, but the lounge wasn't busy then.
The lounge is nothing special but better than the Garuda lounge in the same terminal.

Food was very average and the staff was polite but seemed a bit overwhelmed in spite of the early hours and lounge with only a few customers.
The lounge is vast and comfortable though, clean and quiet.
Ok for a quick coffee I guess if your stay is short but if you have to spend a few hours I would not recommend it, above all if you are hungry.
Go instead in the terminal where there are a few food outlets.

Even if you get free access- this is disappointing. Crap food and limited drinks (alcohol was limited to beer or white wine). Didn’t try the showers. Toilets were clean and there’s plenty of seating and phone charging stations.
