- Ross A1 contributionGreat timeSecond time visiting surpringsly not as busy as we expected but no complaints there. Just more from for our fair sized group for my son's birthday. They even let us go on 10 mins later as it was last session. Had a brilliant time both times we were here. Great value for money and the kids loved every second. Sweets are a little pricey for what they are.Visited October 2023Travelled with familyWritten 14 October 2023
- Simon I2 contributionsGreat fun for kids!Brilliant place for the kids to play, very clean and the inflatables are well spaced out. There is lots of seats and tables available and food and drink is good quality and fairly priced. The Staff are friendly, professional and are on top of the housekeeping. All in all one of the best indoor play centres I’ve seen, and the entry price is fair too. Highly recommended, the kids loved it.Visited October 2023Travelled with friendsWritten 23 October 2023
- Lisa O1 contributionFood not great place brilliantLoved the bouncy castle area food was disappointing waited a very long time chip's was cold we also ordered 1 hash brown beans sausage and bacon 🥓 what come out was 4 hashbrowns and a sausage! Asked for beans on toast but the beans in a pot next to it, it was on the recipe still come out on top the staff said I was wrong that is what I asked for rather rode when I went up and spoke to them!! Had to get manger over for a refund on mushrooms 🍄 that they told me they had and didn't Other than the food it was great for the kidsVisited October 2023Travelled with friendsWritten 24 October 2023
- kerrin_beeeeHuntingdon, United Kingdom5 contributionsGreat experienceVisited here for first time today. It was great! Even though my little one is only 8 months old, it was great to see him crawl and interact with the inflatables. The timings of the session being a decent amount of time also make it great value for money. The cafe for food was also lovely! My only feedback is that it was very cold!Visited November 2023Travelled with friendsWritten 9 November 2023
- Adeline256Ipswich, United Kingdom8 contributionsGreat all round activity for kids/families.Always have a great time here. Is a bit of a pricier activity out, but I'd say very good value for money. We make full use of the allotted time, even when it looks crazy-busy, there's always enough space and enough inflatables for all kids to play and enjoy without them being cramped or having to wait to go on something. Staff often come round to clear up tables, and there are plenty of bins to clear as you go. Bit variety of cakes, drinks, snacks, and they do various 'diner' type meals like something with chips etc. I'd been a few times with my little one pre-school in the week (and price is cheaper), and we now go on weekends - always been a great time out. Also an extra buzz for me, is I'm vegan, and last 2 times I've been they've had vegan cake which was also gluten free and was soooooooooooo DELISCIOUS I'm serious it was amazing!!! Place also always seems clean and tidy and nice staff. And we as adults have played too when our child was younger and needed a buddy, and they're huge so actually really fun! We just have less energy than our kid hahaVisited November 2023Travelled with familyWritten 25 November 2023
- Emily S1 contributionGreat but FreeeeeeezingFrom a kids perspective this place is AMAZING. From an adults perspective it's absolutely freezing.... Be warned. Tin roof, no heating, December weather.... Not an issue for maniac kids running around but for us adults it's seriously chilly - I could see my breath. The food and drink is reasonably priced but ours took nearly 45mins to arrive unfortunately by which point the kids were trying to drag me into the sweet hut (which is conveniently placed in the main hall....) Overall it's a great place for kids. Just maybe wear extra layers and bring a blanket if you're sitting at a table.Visited December 2023Travelled with familyWritten 2 December 2023
- Anwar A15 contributionsToddler's FridayI took my granddaughter on a Friday for the toddlers session which opens from 10am to 2pm. There is a huge car park so easy to park. Inside lots of fun for everyone including the adults. Generally clean and equipment well presented. Cafe-nice helpful staff and good quick food on this occasion . Prices good value for money. Would definitely recommend on a Friday for toddler's. Can be too busy on school holidays. Overall great for 2 or 3 hours.Visited December 2023Travelled with familyWritten 2 December 2023
- Paul W1 contributionGreat as always. Consider extra security barrier.Went with my 5yr old son who’s been numerous times before. Had a great time as always. One thing to note, there’s no lockable barrier, apart from the main door, to prevent your kid running out into the car park. Not that this is obviously likely to happen but it would be good to have a bit of extra security given they can easily go awol with all the exciting inflatables!! Will be back again soon!Visited December 2023Travelled soloWritten 21 December 2023
- Eve HCambridge, United Kingdom3 contributionsGreat for the children but bring your wallet!Great place for the children to burn off excess energy, but I've taken off a star because of the cost. You have to pay for the adults, but we couldn't send a 6 and 9 year old in on their own. Maybe one adult per booking could be included? Food is exorbitant, almost £30 for 3 burgers and chips, and minimal gluten free options. Overall a good couple of hours out, but just very expensive.Visited December 2023Travelled with familyWritten 24 December 2023
- Foody3 contributionsMore inflatables than you can shake a stick at!Great place to go. We live 10 minutes away, but worth travelling to. We’ve been before and always had a good time. I took my 2 children (8 and 4) whilst still in the holidays, took my laptop whilst the kids went off. Free WIFI, just what a parent needs for a bit of peace and quiet! Children can’t get out so it’s a safe environment for them to run around in. It’s expensive for tickets but there’s more inflatables than you’ve ever seen in one huge arena. It’s cold in there in the winter unless you manage to sit at a table under a heated light, so take layers. Great added extra of ordering online and table service. Bacon baguette was great. There’s an inflatable pop up shop in there which is very clever on the owners part! Lots of sweets and things to make children want you to spend more money! Overall, great place for a treat.Visited January 2024Travelled with familyWritten 4 January 2024

I actually really used to like bringing my children here but we attended a birthday party here yesterday and I was left less than impressed.
£575 to hire the place then £45 to feed 30 children… this consisted 3 bowls of chips and a small amount of something that was supposed to resemble some pizza. It was the greasiest, undercooked most unappealing pizza I’ve ever seen. We asked for some more food as there were 6/7 children that didn’t get any food. They brought out some more ‘pizza’ (wraps with a bit of cheese) but no chips. On top of this it was £2 per jug of very watery squash. As a mum of 3 I’ve planned many many parties and this was one of the worst ones I’ve seen. If it was me I would have liked a food option included in the rip off price of £575 or an option to do catering themselves but this was not allowed.
Final thing to top it all off is I now know of 4 people from the party who have woken up the next day and not been able to keep off the toilet. Speaks volumes 🤮
Avoid this place especially for parties!!

Very disappointing review and all points were raised with the actual hirer both on the night and following the visit.
It's always disappointing to read un balanced reviews where the facts were discussed with another person.
Finally no mention of the play centre itself in your review

Had a couple of hours here this morning with my 3 year old. Only a fiver to bounce and no charge for adults, very good value. There was an under 5s bouncy castle area open with bouncy obstacle courses, slides, ball pool. Also had quite a few larger slides & bouncy obstacle courses open. My 3 year old had a marvellous time. As people have said previously wrap up warm (layers for the kids), as the building looks to be an ex equestrian arena so not the warmest, however it didnt bother us & the variety of equipment to play on & value for money is great (no charge for adults also). We will be back!

Thankyou for taking the time to visit and leaving us a review.
We hope to have a new heating system in the main arena fitted in the next few weeks which I hope will deal with your concerns.
We have a lot of new changes to improve and move the centre forward in next few weeks also.

Thr place is kept clean and the food was delivered quickly. Kids had a great time but some of the staff looked like they had received some sort of terrible news. A boy who served us ice cream had absolutely no concept of customer service and could not muster any words, let alone a smile. Its pretty stingey to charge for WiFi and felt like this place was a bit like Ryanair. Charge for the kids, then charge for any adult to sit down who will inevitably spend money on drinks etc and then charge for WiFi too.

Great play space with loads of really good inflatables. Let down significantly by the cafe, signs everywhere banning food from outside but the food from inside is over priced and absolutely disgusting. Shocked by the poor standard after paying £27 for breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids (food only, no drinks) It's a bit cold inside but if you move further in there are heating elements that are pretty good so worth moving a bit further down for a more comfortable experience.

It is a very big place and lots to do, however sometimes there were a lot of children at a time on several of the inflatable’s which caused accidents.
The food is overpriced and no water fountains available to fill bottles having to go the cafe isn’t ideal.
The queue for the cafe was way too long and a 20 minute just for a cuppa.
Three hours is more than adequate and gets quite warm in there.

An absolutely huge place with lots of different bouncy things to entertain kids of all ages. My two kids (5 and 8) and I spent a full 3 hours here, with a couple of stops at the cafe to refuel. We particularly loved the leg sweeping spinner and the rope wall but it was all fun.
The facility was clean, well run, well monitored, and everyone was having a great time and very well behaved - kids of all age groups played together without any pushing or fighting. The cafe offerings were tasty and the cafe staff were helpful when checking allergy information for my daughter. We will definitely be back!

Awful for young children
. My children were constantly locked around by big kids . We go to activity places all the time but this was the worst
They were fed up and wanted to leave because they couldn’t enjoy themselves
Not value for money either
The lower level seating near the cafe should be made purely for young families also
We certainly won’t be back

We are sorry to hear your review as we take all feedback seriously.
Its very difficult for me to see which session you attended and your children's ages from your trip-advisor profile,
Did you raise any of your concerns with my team in the arena or at reception as the issues you are raising are very unusual for us here?
We provide many seating options throughout the main arena, cafe, coffee shop seating and ice cream parlour.

This place is set out really well, with a decent cafe. Loads of bouncy castles in a big space. Biggest let down was the main building isn't heated and a December visit is really cold. Kids still loved it though. Heated would rate 5 STARS.

Thankyou for visiting Inflatabounce and taking the time to leave us a review. The good news is after much deliberation and investigation on the best way to heat such a massive area we have now committed to a new heating system which we expect to have installed in coming weeks.

I will start off by saying that the venue and variety of the bouncy castles were excellent.
However, we paid a lot of money to hold a private party here for both our son and daughter. We were told to arrive at 03:45 to set up for a 4pm start and on arrival were told to wait at the desk as they were still cleaning up from the previous party. The lady who told us to wait was trying desperately to find someone to help us, however we were left waiting until 4pm, when we had guests arriving before we could enter.
This meant it was a rush for us to set up the cakes, put the balloons out and work out what was going on, all while greeting people who had come to the party. At the same time as this, the staff were still clearing up from the previous party, where there was drink dispensers still out, but half used, tables being cleared and areas that we were not allowed to go into due to still being cleaned.
This meant that were left to set up our own tables for the cakes and then be left to have our drink dispensers in the middle of the room, as opposed to on nice side tables (that had table cloths) which the previous party had been able to use.
During the party, the food came out, however because there was no tables together the food was dumped on different tables around the venue. This resulted in me and the family working together to move it altogether so that people could access it easily and not be left wondering where the food was. I was taken aback by this as it was clearly just left and no thought was put into this.
Second to this, I had ordered a specific meal for a child that was coming who was vegan. When the food came out, there was nothing for her and I had to go and ask where this was. It was not easy to track anyone down who could help me but eventually I found someone in the foyer. At this point I was told that there had been nothing prepared as they had not been notified that this would be needed. She did say she would go and make something, but don’t worry I would not be charged extra! This did not sit well with me, as I had made sure I had ordered this and had email confirmation that this would be arranged.
We also had the drink containers leak and again it took a long time to track someone down to help me resolve this and there seemed to be no one on hand who I could turn to when needing something.
I would expect for the amount of money we paid to have a better experience and felt that we were left and given the ‘that will do’ attitude due to being the last party of the day. This upset me as we had 2 birthday celebrations and I spent that time running around getting these things sorted rather than spending time with the children and enjoying seeing them have fun.

it is always disappointing when a customer decides to raise issues through socil media and not through direct communication.
I will try to answer the points raised as best i can from the information you have provided.
When you arrived we asked you to wait while we cleaned away the main arena which closed the previous session at 3.30pm, unfortunately some guests in this general session took a little longer to leave, our staff prioritised the main arena for you private hire and left the party tents to clear once they had a chance.
Its normal for a private hire to use the main arena for hosting the party and not the party tents as they are designed to separate guest's during a general session, our onsite manager explained this to you on your arrival. you had 60-80 guests so separating into any party tents would have left the main arena feeling quite empty due to is size.
We have checked CCTV and you entered the main arena at 3.50pm so only 5 minutes behind what was advised.
We had a number of parties in the party tents in the session prior to your private hire which are separated from the main playing area, once the main arena was cleared and ready for your use the team then commenced with cleaning the party tents so that this would not affect your guests.
I have checked with our catering department and yes we had an error with the service of your special dietary request for which i can only apologise, once we were notified i believe this was rectified and served ASAP, obviously you would not get any charge for this and maybe the choice of words used was an issue, I have discussed with my team that more care should be taken when dealing with such issues in future.
As you have commented we had 3 staff in the arena at all times during your hire, all had radio contact with my managers who were located in the forward office behind reception from where you checked in. My duty manager saw you as you left and again no issues were raised?
This makes it very difficult for us as a business.
Its very unfair to not raise with us direct first and allow us to address your concerns. I accept when we do not meet customers expectations and attempt to deal with them in turn.

I've been here twice since lockdown and my 2 1/2 year old loves the inflatatots sessions. It's great value for money and gives children the space and equipment to bounce, climb and slide on various bouncy castles. We always enjoy having lunch at the café because the food comes quickly and is unreasonably priced. Staff are warm, caring and welcoming. This has become one of our favourite places to go.
