Second time visiting surpringsly not as busy as we expected but no complaints there. Just more from for our fair sized group for my son's birthday. They even let us go on 10 mins later as it was last session. Had a brilliant time both times we were here. Great value for money and the kids loved every second. Sweets are a little pricey for what they are.

Brilliant place for the kids to play, very clean and the inflatables are well spaced out. There is lots of seats and tables available and food and drink is good quality and fairly priced. The Staff are friendly, professional and are on top of the housekeeping. All in all one of the best indoor play centres I’ve seen, and the entry price is fair too. Highly recommended, the kids loved it.

Loved the bouncy castle area food was disappointing waited a very long time chip's was cold we also ordered 1 hash brown beans sausage and bacon 🥓 what come out was 4 hashbrowns and a sausage! Asked for beans on toast but the beans in a pot next to it, it was on the recipe still come out on top the staff said I was wrong that is what I asked for rather rode when I went up and spoke to them!! Had to get manger over for a refund on mushrooms 🍄 that they told me they had and didn't Other than the food it was great for the kids

Visited here for first time today. It was great! Even though my little one is only 8 months old, it was great to see him crawl and interact with the inflatables. The timings of the session being a decent amount of time also make it great value for money. The cafe for food was also lovely! My only feedback is that it was very cold!

Always have a great time here. Is a bit of a pricier activity out, but I'd say very good value for money. We make full use of the allotted time, even when it looks crazy-busy, there's always enough space and enough inflatables for all kids to play and enjoy without them being cramped or having to wait to go on something. Staff often come round to clear up tables, and there are plenty of bins to clear as you go. Bit variety of cakes, drinks, snacks, and they do various 'diner' type meals like something with chips etc. I'd been a few times with my little one pre-school in the week (and price is cheaper), and we now go on weekends - always been a great time out. Also an extra buzz for me, is I'm vegan, and last 2 times I've been they've had vegan cake which was also gluten free and was soooooooooooo DELISCIOUS I'm serious it was amazing!!! Place also always seems clean and tidy and nice staff. And we as adults have played too when our child was younger and needed a buddy, and they're huge so actually really fun! We just have less energy than our kid haha

From a kids perspective this place is AMAZING. From an adults perspective it's absolutely freezing.... Be warned. Tin roof, no heating, December weather.... Not an issue for maniac kids running around but for us adults it's seriously chilly - I could see my breath. The food and drink is reasonably priced but ours took nearly 45mins to arrive unfortunately by which point the kids were trying to drag me into the sweet hut (which is conveniently placed in the main hall....) Overall it's a great place for kids. Just maybe wear extra layers and bring a blanket if you're sitting at a table.

I took my granddaughter on a Friday for the toddlers session which opens from 10am to 2pm. There is a huge car park so easy to park. Inside lots of fun for everyone including the adults. Generally clean and equipment well presented. Cafe-nice helpful staff and good quick food on this occasion . Prices good value for money. Would definitely recommend on a Friday for toddler's. Can be too busy on school holidays. Overall great for 2 or 3 hours.

Went with my 5yr old son who’s been numerous times before. Had a great time as always. One thing to note, there’s no lockable barrier, apart from the main door, to prevent your kid running out into the car park. Not that this is obviously likely to happen but it would be good to have a bit of extra security given they can easily go awol with all the exciting inflatables!! Will be back again soon!

Great place for the children to burn off excess energy, but I've taken off a star because of the cost. You have to pay for the adults, but we couldn't send a 6 and 9 year old in on their own. Maybe one adult per booking could be included? Food is exorbitant, almost £30 for 3 burgers and chips, and minimal gluten free options. Overall a good couple of hours out, but just very expensive.

Great place to go. We live 10 minutes away, but worth travelling to. We’ve been before and always had a good time. I took my 2 children (8 and 4) whilst still in the holidays, took my laptop whilst the kids went off. Free WIFI, just what a parent needs for a bit of peace and quiet! Children can’t get out so it’s a safe environment for them to run around in. It’s expensive for tickets but there’s more inflatables than you’ve ever seen in one huge arena. It’s cold in there in the winter unless you manage to sit at a table under a heated light, so take layers. Great added extra of ordering online and table service. Bacon baguette was great. There’s an inflatable pop up shop in there which is very clever on the owners part! Lots of sweets and things to make children want you to spend more money! Overall, great place for a treat.
