It was lovely walk, worth taking your time to enjoy the fantastic views. Worth taking food and water for a picnic, weather permitting.

After the masses of steps the view is amazing! Our children enjoyed the old fort very much. We even saw cows at the very tops.

A great walk with fantastic views. Be prepared if you are not used to steep climbs as the steps are a killer to the less fit. The old war forts are interesting and it's a lovely stroll once up top.

Yes the car park is free for NT members, and as pointed out previously you need to display the parking sticker. It can get very busy at popular holiday times. It is also possible to pay and park on the beach. We tried the... More
