I came to this soft play and was looking after my brother so far good! We came in and staff were friendly! Then I took my brother on the slap tower and it was brilliant. We then continued to play, shortly before we were going to go we went on the trampoline and there were two girls on there. At first they seemed well behaved then one of them tripped my brother up and he started to cry so I said “that’s not nice, can you please apologise”. Then one of the girls spat on me right in front of her parent and the parent laughed!

Brean Play is amazing for parties, as they take all the stress away. You can leave everything with them to set up your party room and then sit back and enjoy the time there. Ella looked after us today for my son’s 7th birthday party. She was very friendly and helpful. This is the second party we have had at the venue and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others. Thanks very much to the Brean Play team!!

Attended Brean soft play, was left waiting for a good 20 mins before even being acknowledged whilst the server was having a conversation with someone. Bad attitude from staff. Price is also ridiculous. Wont be attending again.

My little 19 months little girl got beaten by a 5 year old boy in the under 2s, because he wanted all the blocks for himself to play lego, then as I pick my baby up he shouts at me "she's too young to be in here". Staff nowhere to be seen

Had my 6yo birthday party here recently and had a fabulous experience. Everything was taken care of and the party host Jena was brilliant. A table is reserved for grown ups, squash for the kids, all children checked into the party by host and food orders taken. Children then get to have a fab time in the soft play before going to the party room for food and dressing up. Totally hassle free party - the only thing you need to provide is a cake as even party bags are included. It might seem like a more expensive option but by the time you’ve hired a venue, sorted entertainment, done food, party bags etc I think it actually works out pretty good value.

£4 parking is a bit steep. I know you get £1 back if you spend £10 on beverages but literally £4 for hour/hour and half is crazy! Especially if the theme park isn’t open too so you cant even make the most of it and walk around that part for a bit to get your moneys worth.
Loved the soft play itself. Lots for our two year old to do. I agree with another post on here, those air guns are deafening and probably not suitable for children with sensory problems. It was very clean. We didn’t buy food but we did buy drinks in the cafe which like most places are slightly overpriced for what they are.
Had a great time. Loved seeing our two year old burn off some energy. Loved seeing happy children and babies enjoying themselves after the crap 18 months we’ve all had. If theyre anything like my boy, theyve grown up during a pandemic and had little or no interaction with other children and noise so its been tough for them. Its just noce to see soft plays back up
And running again!

This is a really good soft play. There is a lovely under 5 area, u can walk around the larger area with children, but u will need to be short and or bow your head rather a lot. 20p lockers to place your bags if u need to keep them safe non refundable but a good idea if u don’t want to carry purse around. Large nappy changing area four mats for a quicker change if u have older kids and want to get back to them. My only gripe was the loud fire extinguisher sounding guns that are in use to blow out the balls for the target. I forgot ear defenders for a child that dislikes noise, if u have a child with sensory issues/ dislikes vibration it’s really not the best. U have to book on line, cafe area, tables and chairs etc the usual.

Nice soft play, feel like it is better for slightly older children although the toddler area was nice there just wasn’t much else for them to do and they got bored easily. Had a coffee which was good - didn’t expect to have to pay an extra £4 for parking though so wouldn’t return purely based on this as value for money wasn’t there. We paid via the parking app so no voucher for redemption in the cafe. It would be nice if a pass could be acquired when checking in to the soft play for the duration of the session. Other than that, I know mask wearing isn’t compulsory as of tomorrow but the lack of parents wearing masks in the soft play was shocking and not a thing was done or said about it by the staff. It is still law right now and it wasn’t exercised at all. We really didn’t feel overly safe and it didn’t fill us with confidence about how much attention may be being paid to the cleanliness procedures if this was how serious the mask wearing was being taken. Staff on arrival were great though and a very friendly reception given. Hence the 3 stars
