This place is walking distance to obong spring. It needs to maintain properly its not clean to look at the sorroundings. Its old yet im sure there is a good story to this place. 😀😀😀
I was kinda disappointed when I reach the place because it was not maintained and the history of the place is not written in the watch tower. However, the structure of the tower reflects the history of Cebu.
