Great if you have kids

We visited after looking round Wimpole Hall, lots of animals to see and a great attraction for kids, they can get very hands on.

Visited Wimpole, as members of the NT, with our grandchildren. We all had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the day. Didn't visit the house - why spend time in the house when so much more time could be spent in the farm?? The farm was superb with a good range of farm animals and so much to learn about... More

Nice farm attraction with plenty of animals to see. For a national trust property the cafe leaves a lot to be desired - the property was busy today with lots of visitors, all toilet facilities were is a very poor state of cleanliness, difficult to see that any cleaning was undertaken during the day. The farm cafe was comical. At... More

I went to Wimpole Farm with my 20 month old son and parents for a lovely day out. We have been before and always loved it. We were having a great time and I thought that things couldn't get better but boy was I wrong! We were on our way back to the car park when we came across what... More

Had booked the Christmas Wreath workshop and extended this into a visit to the farm. Plenty to see including piglets that were born on 2nd December (cute). The workshops was good with helpful teachers and good quantity of foliage to use apart from holly which I couldn't find any of. Good value for money and will probably do again next... More

This is based around animals so if you have children who love animals this is perfect. There is a tractor ride that will take you round and opportunities to touch/feed certain animals. My 5 year old niece loved it.

We went there yesterday with our daughter-in-law and 14-month old granddaughter. My wife and I are National Trust members so didn't have to pay but it was £10 for our daughter-in-law, which is OK if you are going to spend hours looking round the grounds and farm but despite the fact that our toddler really loved it, she wasn't going... Wandered around the farm, saw miniature ponies, lots of different pigs, cows with big horns, chicks and rabbits. Great to take kids to. As I didn't have kids with me, we didn't spend a lot of time here.

Me and my mum came to the farm as a passing visit really, but we both had a lovely time. There's a tractor ride from the main gate house to the farm as it is quite a walk but it runs regularly, The pigs were definitely our favourite and they enjoyed a nice little scratch! The donkeys, goats, cows and... More

First visit to Wimpole Home Farm and it's safe to say it won't be the last. A great opportunity to get up close to animals on a working farm. Knowledgeable staff and the animals are kept beautifully.
