I booked my trip via Viator prior to arriving in Krabi. That allowed the tour operator time to give me instruction on the hotel pick up.

Hi, I think you should book at least 3 days ahead so they can see to the transport arrangement. Typically they will ask you to provide them with your room number after checking in to hotel or resort. All these are possible... More

All the stalls, on the main road on the see side, offering trips have it. That is the easiest way to buy it at a low price.
