We specialize in customized private behind the scenes tours of boutique wineries off the beaten path. On our tours we usually get to visit 3 of our favorite wineries where we get to sample 2 to 5 wines at each location, learn about the winemaking process, and really connect the wine in the glass with the people who make it and our unique terroir. After the 3rd winery we then have the opportunity to stop for a bite at one of our delicious eateries (we have 4 Michelin star chefs!), sample some craft beer or artisan tequila, visit a local creamery, or simply call it a day.

All our guides live and work in northern Baja's picturesque Guadalupe Wine Valley. We are wine makers, craft beer brewers, sommeliers, chefs, and bakers. We are enthusiastic about Mexican wine and want to get the secret out!

Myself and three friends went on a one day tour with Valley Girl Wine Tours in March. It was such a great experience! We visited three local wineries, including one that her mom owns/runs, along with a local creamery. Each of the wineries was excellent and we enjoyed our tastings. Ava will extremely knowledgeable about the Valle and wine in... More

I love Mexico and I love Valle de Guadalupe...but we had "the best day ever" with Valley Girl Wine Tours! Shari, our guide, and Boris, our driver (who is also a VGWT guide), were both a wealth of information. They delivered expert guidance on the local viticulture and the beautiful valley with the added bonus of great discussion on Mexican... More

Sitara was very responsive to our questions and matched us up with Boris, our tour guide, for a wonderful day. We were having so much fun, we almost missed our cruise ship! Boris was amazingly knowledgeable and Sitara was very enjoyable as she talked about her life experiences! The wineries that were picked for us ran the gamut so we... More

Getting to know the background of the vineyard and the wine maker was great. Yes getting to sample all the wine was even better. Then we bought more than we should have 😊

We have taken private wine tours in several countries. We already know how wine is made and we are interested in high end wines, so we have found this works best for us (rather than group tours which always spend time showing how wine is made). Ava was a real find in the Guadalupe Valley! She is bilingual and an... More

My husband and I took a wine tour with Valley Girl Baja Wine back in July and had a fantastic time. Michael and Vincent were our tour guide and driver, and we learnt so much about wines, winemaking and the local area. We visited three or four wineries and a cheese shop. The final winery had the most amazing restaurant... More

Once you try a Baja Girl Wine, it will leave you wanting more. Sitara's wines are incredible! She made us feel so welcome at El Corcho Rosa tasting room as we got try several of her wines (Lady in Red was personal favorite) in the tranquil surroundings of the Guadalupe Valley. This hidden gem is a must. We will definitely... More

A group of 4 of us did an all day Valle de Guadalupe tour with Valley Girl Tours and we were VERY disappointed with our tour! Here are some of the key notes: PRE-TRIP PLANNING/BOOKING: We got zero info on what we should bring/wear for the day. I even asked about whether there is a lunch plan and if we... More

Ava and Michael are fantastic! They showed us around Ensenada and the Valle and we got to experience some delicious beer, cheese, and wine. It's definitely worth booking a tour with Valley Girl Tours so you can fully indulge in and appreciate what the local artisans have to offer!
