Balandra is amazing! You can swim in clean waters, I recommend you to use snorkel equipment. If you arrive on morning you have the beach only for you. You can also do Kyak and aquatic sports in this beach. Greetings from Portugal

Balandra Beach is a beautiful retreat about 2 hours from Los Cabos. It is worth a day trip! The water is crystal clear and very warm. It is a lagoon so there are no waves or rip currents. There are some local vendors with fresh...More

Great place for kids, very shallow waters. A must see attraction if you can't surf, but want to relax in the water. You can wade hundreds of meters out to sea, and a few vendors had delicious mangos on a stick.

Not to miss when visiting La Paz. 30 minutes by car. Sandy White beaches, great for snorkeling. Suggestion take an umbrella and chairs and cooler with food and drinks. Don't miss this place

Certainly not what it used to be, does not live up to the hype anymore. Still a very nice beach in the early hours before it becomes super crowded. Perfect spot for kids, safe shallow crystal clear waters. No restroom or other services. Get there...More

My cousins and I came to Playa Balandra from Cabo San Lucas. Unfortunately, we came on a Sunday and it was packed, no area to put our stuff, visitors with loud DJ speakers. We decided to go to Playa Tecolote.

So sorry for the delay. Just saw this. There were kayaks available for rent right at the beach. Not too many...maybe 10. And they weren't cheap, but totally worth it. My husband and I rented singles. One tip: we went... More
