The Malecon is well-kept and lit with street lights and lights strung around the palm trees. Clean and beautiful, with lots of locals jogging during the evening or using the outdoor gym on the north end. It runs across the street from shops and restaurants, so you can stroll and chose where you want to go!

The Malecon runs several kilometers along the Sea of Cortez from the center of the touristy area of town to a beach that has recently received national accolades for it's pristine water. There is also a water park near that beach. Along the way, one will find beautiful sculptures, several benches on which to sit and take in the views,... More

What a joy to walk along this long malecon. Many people use it as their morning exercise and others use it as their evening stroll. Try both!

The Malecon in La Paz is about 4 km long, is always full of people walking, exercising, chatting. In the morning we like to walk all the way to the outskirts of town where there is a little open-air gym. On the way we watch the fishermen get ready to go out at sea and the small groups of people... More

Wonderful, clean place to run or walk each day. Enjoyed the family atmosphere and the use by the local population

The La Paz malecon is a great place to take a stroll, watch a sunset, have dinner and enjoy warm weather and friendly people. A relaxed, laid back setting. No bothersome street vendors like in Cabo San Lucas or other seaside spring break towns. Plenty of good restaurants across the street. Very pleasant experience.

It´s a nice attraction and it´s perfect for a couple night walk, enjoying the warm weather. I don´t really think you can enjoy it during the day because La Paz is a very hot place. Don´t forget the sun blocker!

La Paz Malecon is veeeery long and it perfectly suits everyone who can not live without long distance evening stroll, jogging, bicycling, skateboarding, longboarding, roller-skating! It has a perfect view as you can see lots of sailing boats, hobby cats, simple boats, yachts etc! Many of them are available for rental! Here you will always find various restaurants and cafes,...
