Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is a touristy place, but fun to see. Only takes a few minutes. Sometimes there are musicians playing, and people in fancy Mexican costumes. Worth the time! Also lots of artist shops and interesting places to see close by.

The arch is pretty interesting and serves as a landmark to get to the town's tourist center. The vibrations of the cables are pretty mesmerizing!

I enjoyed the arch, it is visible from afar, I noticed it while I was walking from San Diego and I just had to go and see it, and what I really loved about it is that each road from the Arch shows you a totally different aspect of Tijuana, so please do explore and walk all over the place, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Arco de Tijuana (Arch of Tijuana) is the symbol of Tijuana, located at the beginning of Avenida Revolución, It is within walking distance from the Mexican and US border. Since 2000, the huge monument welcomes Tijuana visitors to "Zona Centro", in the downtown area of the city. The height of the arch makes it visible from various parts of Tijuana. If you can see the Arco you are not lost and will have no problems getting back to the border. Recommend take a good look at this monument, several photos and the start walking the Avenida Revolucion.

The Tijuana Arch is a great starting point for a walk in the Central District. Walking as far as 10th street on the west side and down the eastern side of the avenue is an excellent way to cover all the shops you may wish to visit.

This arch is at the beginning of Revolucion Ave and near Plaza Cecilia. Once through the border crossing from San Diego train, you walk towards the arch and you have arrived in "Tijuana!!"

This arc is "architectural artwork", it is situated in the tourist area in Tijuana, there are many restaurants, cafes, shopping and full of pharmacies, I was told that many Americans cross the border to buy pharmaceuticals, the prices are cheap, but the town is very Americanized, it is similar to Cancun, but overall it is worth the visit if you walk across the border from the USA.

A little rough area after dark. Stay south of arch. Our guide “the amazing Lester” is the best. Call him for all your Tijuana Baja needs. 619-650-8916
