Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We always stay on this beach, clean, safe, lovely, inviting. I find lots of novelty’s on the beach, I have seen sea turtles while on a morning walk. Gorgeous!!!

Beaches beautiful, our driver , guide absolutely went out of his way for us. Sebastian Hernandez of ACAPULCO FOR ALL TOURS was at airport o pick us up. Took us to grocery store and even went in with us help us find what we needed. We did not speak Spanish and this was a great help. He took us on a day tour and was very informative about the history of each of the sections of the city as well as our stops at the Chapel of Peace, Cliff. Divers, local mural and Flamingo Hotel. Great taco lunch at local diner. Unfortunately I broke my arm on second day of vacation. Had no clue if there was Emergency room nearby. Translator on my phone worked intermittently. We called him and he knew just where to take me. A small clinic nearby took me in immediately. Sebastian stayed and translated unt the orthopedic doctor came.He spoke English. After my treatment Sebastian came back and took me to pharmacy before hotel. I was so grateful! Just shows the personal service that he gives.. The rest of my vacation was staying at hotel pool but Sebastian checked in on me . Would highly recommend him as you person driver for the area.

I absolutely love Acapulco, Mexico. The beaches are beautiful and sandy, the people are so friendly and our tour guide, Roberto Alarcon, was nothing less than amazing. This man was so accommodating and knowledgeable. I felt very safe.

All the Acapulco beaches are beautiful and appear to be clean. Plenty of small bars with cheap drinks.

We stayed at the Princess Imperial Hotel. Its a quiet & safe area. There is a golf course and pro tennis stadium in the neighbouring properties. Great sunsets, and views from the towers of the Princess Mundo Imerial Hotel.

If you are planning to visit Acapulco, you should choose a hotel in Punta Diamante. This area is very safe, with beautiful hotels and great restaurants.

You should not visit the old Acapulco bay, Acapulco Diamante is safer and more beautiful .

In this area you can go for lunch or dinner to La Isla Mall. The restaurants are delicious and the shops beautiful.

While staying at Grand Mayan, I enjoyed walking along the beach, especially in the evening when you could walk barefoot without burning your feet. The sand is wide and powdery. Fun to walk and watch all the activities going on in front of various hotels. Some people swimming but waves looked pretty high and a bit too dangerous for me and hotel posted red flag. Still an awesome and very long stretch for walking and photos.
