Went there for a walk. Mostly private beach clubs but there is at least one where you can rent a chair/bed with cover. Swimming seems to be a afterthought as it was blacked flag due to undertow.

This beach is the best we found in Huatulco. Large beach, fun waves, not busy, and no vendors bothering you to buy stuff. Hopefully it stays that way because it would be unfortunate if it turns into Santa Cruz or Entrega beach (those places are...More

This area needs some revitalization and it will be beautiful. Easy access, no vendors, lots of locals. I heard undertow being said, but didn't swim here.

A great place to go at dawn. A hub of activity, with pescadores, walkers, joggers, and exercisers. My wife and I also went later in the day, and it was much nicer earlier on.

Chahue is a great beach with several beach clubs but be careful with the surf... it is very rough and not a great place for kids or inexperienced swimmers
