Hike up through the waterfalls, swim in the pools and then go for lunch at a former coffee plantation. A great way to spend the day.

The drive was pretty long, 2 hours in a large van, but once there, well worth the long drive. The roads were rough because the rainy season had just finished and the back roads hadn't been serviced yet. The water was fantastic. Cool and refreshing....More

We are independent travelers rather than taking tours. I'm sure the buses found the falls but there were absolutely no signs directing us to the falls and sketchy directions at best. WE never did find it.

Absolutely beautiful! Well worth the long trip to and from over the bumpy roads, especially if you do your tour with Enrique Pinacho, of Huatulco Tours Enrique. Email him at enriquepinachotours@gmail.com.

This is one of the most beautiful places in Huatulco - you take a van a long way on dirt roads (not the fun part) and then hike about 1/4 mile to the falls - Water is cold - the the waterfalls are GREAT

Amazing place to see, the falls actually concur along a river so I'm sure there's much more to see than what we did but what we saw was beautiful. I read online to hire a private car but didn't feel up to arranging one so...More

Hi Karen, I am not familiar with Puerto Angel, but if you read the comments on the website, others have rented a cab to get them various places. There's got to be local people that can arrange tours for you as well.
