    Jungle Trip
We took the eden trip as part of a package purchased for about 50 dollars per person.. The first stops where at the seaside boardwalk and at the church in the downtown area. The church is beautiful and definetly worth a look. We then stropped briefly at a jewelry shop which was a relief as it has ac. They also provide drinks The trip to Eden takes about an hour with one stop at a tequilla shop. After that the trip on the bus becomes harrowing on a dirt road with twist and turns up a mountain side. There were times when the bus began to lean and I thought for sure that we were going to slide down the side of the mountain. After that ride everything was kind of anti climatic. Its a jungle resort with good food, the platter is a great deal and will feed a family of four for about 86 dollars with drinks. The tour trip dos not allow a lot of time for much other than the meal and few pictures and a brief trip down to the river. Bring bug spray and find some shade while you are there because it is hot and humid. Also If you want to spend more time and take in all that this resort has to offer you should take a taxi.

    Long time in the truck
The Zipline experience was fun and safe but was more of a walk and less time than others we have done in Puerto Vallarta and Hawaii. This took one hour and then we had one hour to swim in a waterfall which was very nice. The drive to the ziplines took almost two hours each way from Nuevo Vallarta (would be like 1 hour if you stay in Puerto Vallarta). This long, bumpy drive and the unadvertised stop at a tequilera for an hour were big cons for our party. We would do another company next time because we lived in Nuevo Vallarta and our party does not drink. Good price...

Very long and winding road to get there
Confusing as to where to leave review, so doing it in both places (canopy tour El Eden & here). We had a private tour guide-driver for the day from where we were staying and he drove us up to this place and we got stuck twice in the loose sandy so called road. Just not for me. Small water fall, no big deal, and not worth what we went through what we did getting there to eat a late lunch. Lots of stairs. Food not cheap and cash only. The old helicopter from the Preditor movie is there to take pictures of. I would not recommend going to Eden unless you really have a day to waste and just want to say been there done that.

Neat place but shower if you swim
The place is very pretty with a nice waterfall and overlooking bar/restaurant. We took the horse ride up with the Manolo Ranch. Beers were the same price as in town, but be prepared food was about 100 pesos more expensive per plate than in town. Chips and salsa were free. I recommend showering with soap as soon as you get out of the water...I did not and got a very bad case of swimmers itch.

Unless you are going to zipline it is a long journey over a very poor trail to get there. Upon arrival we were charged a $50mx per person fee to enter and they said if we ate in the restaurant it would be refunded. We stayed for a couple of hours, and when we left upon asking tor the entrance refund we were told sorry. So unless you are going to participate in the ziplines it is an awful ride to get there to see a very small pool of water next to the restaurant.

The experience was frustrating to say the least… I tried to contact them for almost 10 days, as I wanted to take a larger group. The website does not work, and all the contact methods they have listed don’t work either. I tried to call, send messages via FB and Whatsapp, all without success. Don’t waste your time…

Waitress were rude, included the tips with out explaining why they were charging so much for the food we pay $150 dollars for four person the food was very expensive and not good. The trip was beautiful on the way to the river but is not worth it! They take you to a Tequila Destilería they do a presentation for you and expect that you buy Tequila. I felt like we were the product, they were expecting for us to expend money left and right especially if they knew you are traveling out of the country and bring dollars:( NOT RECOMMENDED!

Came for day one for a little hike with my brother- came back for the whole next day on my own. Touristy but nice entrance- but the amazing hikes and immersions in nature couldn’t be beat. I sat by a freshwater waterfall under the trees for hours without seeing another soul. So refreshing for the spirit.

One of our favourite places to visit anytime we are in the PV area. A couple of our family went zip lining and really enjoyed it! Good view from the restaurant and the waterfall is Crystal clear! You have to climb up around the side to get to the natural rock water slide.

Terrible Very rude staff. We went with a group of 10 people. Right off the start the rude lady was asking if we have guns ,drugs, cocane , we were offended. Then they tried to argue and tell us we never paid the full admission and need to pay more if we all wanted to sit at a table. They allowed 4 of our group a table then telling us they were full and no tables were available meanwhile all the tables were mostly empty.a
As we left we tried to tell the management that is stupid on your part as if you allowed us a table we would have all purchased food and beers but because they never allowed us a place to sit and they were rude to us we never even bought a beer. Because of the rude staff we also never bought any Tequila, food, beers or a souvenir. Shame on you guys and i hope the owner of this business FIRES all of you for treating thier customers with disrespect....
