This area, known as the twins consists of 2 small beaches, so best to go during weekdays or when there is no ship in town. The only issue with this beach is that you will need to go down a long staircase to reach the...More

Take the bus or taxi to this small beach with clean water for swimming. Lifeguard for roped area. Wonderful vendors offering in a low key way fresh coconuts and oysters and drinks. The bus is easy.

A relatively quiet beach where there is a protected swimming area. Barely any sales people on the beach and on the Girasol tower they have a very nice restaurant.

best beaches in the south! beautiful and sandy, plus a great restaurant at the Girasol condominiums, right in the center of the beaches.

This beach was a little hard to find but once you find the stairway by the condominiums and make the trek down to the beach, it is so worth it!

We stayed 3 months here and had the time of our life. The condominiums are gorgeous, older but extremely well maintained. Girasol, beside Gemelas has a restaurant and a little store, other than that you will have to bus it or cab it but that's...More

It's public. Might have to find an access. But I asked the locals.
