Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Moises was a great guide for our trip. Really enjoyed the windy roads down to valle de bravo. Recommended

I had an incredible day riding to the Xinantécatl volcano with Moises. He was waiting at the shop with the bike ready to go when I arrived. The bike itself was a nearly new Versys 650 in perfect condition. He gave me all the gear I needed and even some spare mounts to mount my GoPro on the bike. He then gave me some tips on the route we were taking and riding in Mexico in general and we set off.

Following Moises on the bike was easy, fast enough to be challenging and fun but not so fast that I ever felt uncomfortable. I'm sure he could have gone a lot faster given his racing background!

The scenery around the countryside and the volcano was beautiful, as was the lake where we stopped for lunch in a floating restaurant. On the way back we hit some sudden, heavy rain but Moises was prepared and pulled over to put on rain gear right before the rain came down.

This tour is an essential experience for any biker travelling to Mexico City.

Mexico City was a last minute decision but such a good one! I booked the Volcano trip and arrived at 8 am. I was greeted by Moises (great guide!!!) and was handed a BMW GS650 in top condition. Once I had the gear on, we made our way through Mexico City crazy rush hour. Moises was patient, making sure I was following in a safe way. I soon got the Mexico City vibe and next thing you know, we were flying through and hitting the outside perimeter of the city. Little stop for a coffee and off we went. Nice curvy roads through some pueblos and then off roading (nothing crazy) all the way to the top of a dormant volcano. Arrived back safe and sound end of afternoon back at the shop. Exhausted but having lived such a great experience! Top 3 so far in my traveling experience and my passport is pretty full of stamps...

I rented a nice new Road King from Ride MB. Bike was great, well maintained... We rode out to Tolantongo Caves... Beautiful, amazing ride. Moises was extremely helpful with route suggestions, and responded quickly to emails, and provided us with all the necessary gear, helmets, jackets etc. I will be back!

The trip was booked and paid for with ease before arrival in Mexico; good communication with the RideMB team. The motorcycles were very good (GS1200 and GS800) although we paid extra for these over the advertised price of the tour. We didn’t use the included-in-the-price clothing and helmets but what was on offer seemed suitable. The ride to the volcano was fun - good, quiet winding roads and some easy off-road up to the crater. Lunch was taken water-side in Valle de Bravo after some good (and not so good) condition tarmac roads through the forest. Homeward bound was along quiet toll roads. The difficulty was in and out of Mexico City at the start and finish of the day - a total of about 40km of traffic-dodging madness!! A total of 350km riding in the day - dress for temperatures of 30 degrees in town and 5 degrees at the crater! Moises made the trip easy to book and ride; traffic in Mexico City would make the ride unsuitable for novices but once out of the City a very enjoyable motorcycle adventure!

Last minute request for a bike and these guys were able to get me a Pulsar 200. Best bike for the city(size wise) so you can cut trough the traffic etc. BMW's are for out of City riding.

Last minute request and these guys were able to get me Pulsar 200. Best bike to assault the city with, as you can split lanes and maneuver around cars trough traffic. For out of City trip get the BMW's as Pulsar lacks power on the highway. Amazing experience and one of best ways to see the whole city, including the slums LOL
Get the GPS as it is massive and very confusing to get around in because of most streets are one way only.
Moises and Leo were worry helpful. Thank you I will be back.

P.S. reserve bike weeks in advance, as they obviously cannot keep in stock 50 bikes.

Rented a GS650. Bike was clean, gassed up, obviously well maintained. They had everything ready to go when I arrived. Was on a business trip to Mexico and decided to forego the car and make the trip a bit more enjoyable. It turned out to be a good decision and Ride MB is a first class company.
