I went at 11 am on a weekday this week and almost had the zoo to myself for an hour. Very nice paths. Lush with foliage but not very comfortable enclosures for many animals. Some, may have been I'll. The beautiful black panther/jaguar was coughing...More

There's no particular reason to come here if you aren't traveling with children, but it was a nice day off for our 4 year old, who actually got to enjoy an activity instead of being dragged through yet another tour or museum.

Nice to visit the zoo. Especially the butterfly jungle. Some animals have smaller/basic caves that used for these kinds of animals on many European zoo’s.

This zoo is conveniently located in Chapultepec Park and is free, except for the butterfly pavilion. We came to see the pandas, but the rest of the zoo was nice. It is small enough to see in a short time, and there were animals that...More

The zoo had a fair amount of variety but the enclosures were tiny for some of the animals. As long as you’re okay with that it’s an okay park to visit. Admission was free but some of the exhibits cost money like the butterflies.
