We are sorry to hear that your recent trip with us did not meet your expectations, and that you had a negative experience.
We understand that local prices for accommodations and tours can often be cheaper, however, we provide additional services to assist with trip planning and organization prior to booking and during your trip, along with the use of the platform you booked your trip through.
As per your request, you were following a fixed itinerary, and all bookings were made and paid for in advance. As discussed, we were unable to cancel your services with such short notice, even though some local operators may allow it to their customers locally under different terms and conditions. Nevertheless, we did agree to provide a partial refund for the services you were unable to use due to your delayed arrival, and additionally, we offered a second refund as a gesture of goodwill as you didn't join the hike tour nor stayed at the homestay, even though we did not receive any reimbursement from our local team as they had already arranged your services as planned.
We also accommodated changes to your itinerary upon your request on the last days, which went smoothly, as well as the included transportation and tours, which we hope you enjoyed.
We regret that you did not feel that our services were worth the price, and we take all feedback seriously to continue to improve our offerings.
