The museum only allows to buy tickets on the counter. Our Tripadvisor tickets were refused and we had to re-book on the spot. We will complain to the company.

My group of 7 visited the Museum on November 27th. Not only was there no line, no one was charged for entry. There were no ticket kiosks even open. Complete waste of money.
