The trip is highly recommendable if you want to expirence the daily life of the Maya people living outside San Cristobal. As you bike through the mountains, farming landscapes and villages you really get to see how the Mayans are living today. You get to expirence alot more than you would by e.g. taking a bus to the abovementioned villages.... More

We did the National Geographic tour with Luis, exploring the local forests, villages and caves. Great adventure. Luis did a great job showing us the best spots, hiking deep down into a cave, real fun. It wasn't an easy ride but we did it at a good pace.

I did a tour (28 km i believe) with this company through the mountains around san cristobal. The bike was basic but really good and the gears were properly tuned. The tour itself was very nice with stops at an old church and caves. Also did an awesome zipline along the way. Also, the mountains around san cristobal are very... More

Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys mountain biking (we did 32 kms) with great guides who spoke English and Spanish and really took care of us as well as teaching us about the local customs in a culturally sensitive way. Excellent day and thank you to Oscar and Alfredo.

We had Maurizio as our great guide in this adventure to the Sumidero's Canyon. We highly recommended this amazing 73km bike ride tour that finishes with a boat ride through the canyon. Although the distance might seem a bit tough, the tour is accessible to pretty much anyone who does a bit of sports. As Maurizio guides you through the... More

Everything with this day were great! Our guide were super kind and had a lot of patience with me (especially) as I had a hard time with some of the steeper (never ending) up hills. We took the shorter tour but it definitely felt like we still saw a lot! Great experience to see the smaller villages and visited two... More

We had a really adventurous, challenging but thoroughly enjoyable morning with Maurizio on our mountain bike and caving tour. It's good to note there are quite a few uphills and some challenging downhill as well but I managed fine (29 year old female) even when we had to cross some rivers and lift our bikes over rocks. My favourite part... More

Mauricio is unbelievable – he knows every square-inch of the mountains and caves – he does not take you anywhere above your ability and is always looking for your safety – always want you to feel fulfilled in learning something new on each trip

As someone who loves nature and learning the local culture, this ride was perfect for me. Instead of being driven there, you get to bike through some spectacular mountains and still see the cultural aspects the tour bus includes. This is a rather strenuous ride with long uphills, which I loved, and I walked my bike twice on steep parts.... More
