Went to Ek Balam and Chichen Itza and was blown away. David was a fantastic tour guide, really knowledgable about the history and culture of the Mayan people, as well as the wildlife, plants, etc. Was definitely the highlight of our trip to Cancun.

After doing some checking, the distance is 172KM (106 miles). It is suggested that the trip would take about 2 hours and ten minutes. When we toured with Alma Tours we had friends staying in Cancun (we stayed in Playa del Carmen). They were picked up and then, together, we went on the tour. We also saw Chichen Itza. It was a fairly long day but so worth it.
