Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great views to be seen from tower. I thought the timings of the experience was ok had plenty of time to take plenty of pictures and just take it all in. Had a free entry ticket from ferry ride to Isle Mujeres as to pay up front would be quite expensive. So if you plan to take ferry / boat buy the boat ticket first then you get free entry and it makes it very worthwhile

The scenic tower has a very nice 360-degree view. The price is expensive and this lasts approximately 10 minutes, so u should make the most of it bc the view up there is incredible, u can appreciate the sea on one side and a lake on the other. I really enjoyed it :)

p.s: As you go up there is an informative recording about the Tower and Cancún, it’s only in Spanish, they should put it in English,bc the foreign people who were next to me didn't understand anything

We had gone on other trips and now we repeat since its entry is free of charge when going to any park of the Xcaret group for which you must keep the bracelet that is given in the park visited. In this way, the attraction is convenient, not so much if you have to pay for it separately.
When we went there were quite a few people and we had a short queue, everything was very orderly. The ascent takes a few minutes, but it is enough to take in the views. By rotating 360° and in height, you have a wide panorama of the entire area. This time we did it at noon, but in the previous ones we went at dusk and it is prettier because you can see the first lights of the city.
I find the attraction very soft and calm, however, it can be uncomfortable if you suffer from vertigo.
In the area there are restaurants and public beaches, ideal to complete the walk.

Without detracting from how beautiful this Tower is, being that it is the third time we attended and the first with an experience of terrible attention on the part of a lady named Cinthia with a bad face towards domestic tourism and preferential treatment to foreigners and "those who pay tickets", the latter shouted it. She returned to our family after forming a line because “we didn’t have a pierced bracelet” and because of this my husband no longer “came up” for her, although the truth was there was room. I'm not complaining, but the truth is, it's a shame that a person like this tarnishes the philosophy of Architect Quintana.

Not that anyone from the company will read this, care about it, or respond, but here it goes.

We purchased tickets online for the ferry and on the way, we noticed the door to the tower was open and looked like there was some maintenance being done and NO one was in ticket office for the tower (it was dark and almost time to open). Unfortunately, we missed the ferry and were told our ferry ticket included the tower. So we went back to the tower to see if anyone was there. It was still closed but there were a few ladies by the tower washing the windows. Went up to them and asked about going up and and were told tower went up at 9 (it was 9:01), and they kept washing windows with nothing else being said. The disgusted look on their faces told us everything we needed to know. Guess by not being paid enough, their customer service skills go out the window. I say if you are not happy working in your current job look elsewhere. Or if you are having a bad day, call in sick.

We had ticket in hand and could have been let on, but nothing. We asked and were told it was too late and we could go on after coming back from Isla Mujeres because last time for tower to go up was 8:45 pm. Can't wait to see what excuse they come up with at that time. Maybe we'll be pleasantly surprised.

Moral of the story, be there at the exact time, not 1 minute late, or even 30 seconds. They can be late, but you can't. But then again, they may make up another excuse and show lack of concern and customer service yet again.

We visited here after finding out that it is free admission with your ticket to Xcaret. Would not have paid the admission fee if it were not included. Views are nice and it turns at a reasonable pace. We went near sunset which made it picturesque. Not sure going at night would be as scenic.

Tip: you need to be wearing your Xcaret wristband for admission so don’t throw it away after visiting Xcaret.

Tip: parking next to the tower has a fee.

An excellent tourist attraction while in Cancun. The attraction lasts approximately 15 minutes. Admission is completely free if you have the Xcaret park bracelet. The establishment has parking although it is a bit hidden.

In the park they tell you that they give you free access, on the website it says that it is closed, but customer service says that they only let you enter if the handle is still on.
The information is not clear, the information is not easily accessible. Very bad experience

Excellent visit to end my stay in Cancun. It has impressive views and from above it is beautiful to see the different tones of the water of the Cancun sea.
If you go on any excursion or Xcaret park, DO NOT throw away your bracelets, wear them. If you wear them, there is no entrance fee.
Completely recommended attraction!
