Brilliant service, very good communication, they knew before we did that our flight was delayed & rescheduled a new pick up time. Very clear instructions where to meet their rep at Cancun airport (amongst all the commotion of private taxis pitching for your business) after meeting the rep we were taken to our mini bus & introduced to the driver, all very friendly our return trip was finalised. We had to slightly change return details as we were moved to another hotel on the resort, but after a quick email, conformation was returned within minutes (as were all emails that I sent at any time of the day or night). Their driver was early for collection waiting no bother. We heard a horror story from people we met on holiday who's pre boked taxi (with another firm) would not wait a hour at the airport due to delay with luggage & had to pay the same price one way as we had for our return trip, which made us even more pleased we booked Happy Shuttle! You cannot fault Happy Shuttle ! Thanks.

After recommended by a family-member, my family and I used Happy Shuttle Cancun for transportation to and from our resort, located in Costa Mujeres. On the day of our arrival at the airport, we received detailed and clear instructions on how to find the meeting location for the company. We were immediately greeted by friendly staff and escorted to our van and driver who safely transported us to our resort. Prior to our departure, our escort informed us there was ongoing road construction along our route and recommended a time for us to schedule our return trip at the end of our stay. For our return trip to the airport, the driver was prompt and safely returned us to the airport with plenty of time to spare to catch our flight. The vehicles (vans) were clean and comfortable and both drivers were friendly and operated in a safe manner. For safe and dependable transportation in Cancun, look no further than here! Highly recommend!

Our happy shuttle driver Daniel was awesome!!! He was on time, spoke great English and the van was clean and air conditioned. He chatted with us about things to do next time we are in Cancun. Very professional and personable. Cost of Happy shuttle was cheaper than a taxi.

I’ve used Happy for at least 14 years. They are always dependable. That’s the best. I wish they’d bring back the shared ride service for better rates. It stopped during pandemic and did not return as a lower priced alternative if elected.

Absolutely would use Happy Shuttle again. Very easy and convenient trips to and from the airport. My driver, Primitivo, was great. We chatted the entire way to the airport and he told me some good stories about Cancún. Will book in the future.
