Awesome experience. Totally out of my safe zone. I am scared of heights and I did all the activities and thoroughly enjoyed them. Our guide Alfredo did a great job explaining the history and the flora/fauna without too much detail. Would highly recommend.

These guys are very professional and top notch. They have their own private Cenotes that the tour goes to , with very high quality amenities (it's in the middle of the jungle) bathrooms , changing areas, picnic areas, and hammocks. Now the tour, SUPER FUN...More

We had a group of 16 people ranging from adults to a 9 year old. Ahmet was an amazing host. We had a blast from the bus ride to the kayaking to the ziplining. I would definitely recommend this company and this activity!

Can you tell me how long this excursion last in total? We are staying at the Paradisus Playa del Carmen La Perla in Playa del Carmen and according to the website,we would be picked up at 9:00am. What time would we be dropped back off at our hotel. We a very interested in this excursion and plan on booking it early next week (we are visiting Mexico in mid July). I'm trying to figure out what time to make dinner reservations for that night.

I agree with the previous answer in regards to the adventure bring too strenuous for your parents. I can't say regarding your kids. If they are active children this may be just fine. They can sleep on the way to the first... More
We visited the Xenotes on Monday, April 10th and purchased a complete photo package and we are having issues downloading our pictures. I have sent several emails to the photo department, which was provided by our photographer when we purchased the package, and no one has returned our emails. I can view the pictures, but cannot figure out how to download the pictures onto our computer without having to pay for them again. We only have 15 to 20 days to download the pictures and we are concerned we will run out of time and lose the pictures and our money. Thanks.

It's definitely not a seamless process. I'm doing this from memory, but it should prompt you to download an app. You will need this to download the pictures. Once you install the app, you can begin downloading the pictures... More
