Several food choices right on the plaza, dozens nearby. Just sitting and watching tourists and locals is enjoyable. Especially the local children playing in the fountain area.

Plenty of touristy shops with tee-shirts and trinkets from the island. Not far from international dock. Acrobats were performing in the courtyard.

We never go to Cozumel and never not visit the Plaza. It is a must on Sundays when they play live music and everyone joins in.

It's shopping center area. Near visitors center. If you are on cruise sign up for guide. They will take you there.
