In San Miguel, take some time to walk around and discover. We like to discover on our own rhythm. We often discover different things: one of them being the San Miguel church. Simple, peaceful and quiet (as most church) and open to the public. It is a quick stop.

As our family was shopping, we witnessed the people streaming into this beautiful church for Christmas Eve service. We peeked inside, but did not wish to disturb one of the few signs of Christmas in this area. Would love to look more on a subsequent trip to Cozumel.

Each year that we spend Christmas in Cozumel, we make it a point to attend their Christmas Eve service. We are not Catholic and do not speak Spanish, but it is interesting to see a truly local Christmas service.

It was a very small church. But soooooo beautiful. This is exactly was you think about an old church. You could smell the history.

Wonderful, simple, humble and spiritual. We've visited this church since the early 1980's - it hasn't changed. Great place to give thanks...

I have read great reviews on this site and The Empress of the Seas will be coming into Cozumel on December 25. We are interested in attending the service on Christmas Day. Maybe others will be interested in getting together to take a taxi from the cruis ship

I was drawn inside this little Church and was so struck by the atmosphere once inside. I would have loved to have attended a Mass.

This is a lovely small church not too far from harbor. It was nice to sit inside for a while, watch a beautiful exterior and relax. It can't be reason for traveling to Cozumel, but once you are there stop for a while. I am sure you will like it.

How can you give a church less than a 5 star rating? It is God's house after all! My husband and I visited here for the 2nd time and we love this church. There is no air conditioning, and the masses are in spanish but we still felt at home and felt welcome. We attended the Sunday Mass at 10:00... More

Quaint and local. Services offered in Spanish only. Lovely church. Services nightly. Right downtown in San Miguel. Plenty of parking.
