Sue, it's a bus ride into town and to get to the cenotes is very rocky and there is no way to drive a scooter into the cenotes that we went to. I would call them and see if they have any cenotes that you guys could access... More

Yes they do. They drive you all the way back to the ship. We did reserve our excursion prior to the cruise but many if not all are available to book that same day. Look for the AutoProgresso shuttle bus and they will take... More

The shuttle to town is actually hosted by this tour spot for free, so you can ride to the end of the pier in Merida which will take you right to their tour stop and some shops. On the wheelchair, it may be rough in some... More
