Just amazing experience. The whole day was fantastic. We really enjoyed our guide through the cave because Memo was very good explaining all the different things in the cave. Our journey in the caves was very exciting because some places we were going through narrow caves opening up into huge caves then swimming and some parts climbing while our guide... More

This was well worth it. I enjoy going under ground and going through the cave. I would love to do it again.

A nice natural visit where you walk in a wonderful network of cavern full of stalactites and stalagmites with a very kind guide who will make you see different aspects of how the cavern is. Just long enough so that you feel like you've done and see what was there but not too long either.

The family thoroughly enjoyed the experience being led from daylight to the underground river and back up again. Was amazing especially considering we are from a hot climate and went an hour into cold river water. The guide was so helpful and the entire staff there was top notch. We were treated to local lunch which reminded us vaguely of... More

We were guided by an exuberant guide through the underground cave. The geological features were amazing - I was awestruck. The best parts were wading through the water and floating in complete darkness. The trek is rigorous and not for individuals that have difficulties with exertion. The experience was capped off by a buffet lunch, which was okay. Additionally, you... More

My wife and I came to Cancun on vacation and enjoy historic and natural tours. Everything at Rio Secreto was fantastic. They provide everything you need for the tour ( helmet, wet suite and water shoes), just show up with a swimsuit. The guides are very friendly and knowledgeable. Our guide made the tour through the underground river and natural... More

We loved this. Even though we couldn't swim, with the wetsuit they provided, we easily could glide through one area where the water was close to 6 feet deep. My 5 year old hopped on the back of the guide in the area where he couldnt walk. There was a basic lunch at the end of the tour. They offered... More

I was surprised when both my boys voted for this excursion but they were right it is spectacular. Our guide Gonzo was tremendous; excited about the subject and very knowledgeable. He made our tour wonderful fun and we all learned so much. It was great to explore and experience as a family. The pictures are spectacular. I didn't have cash... More

Under ground cavern to walk and swim, very delicate environment, hope is not destroyed soon due to abuse, lunch is mediocre, guides are very good. If you can bring your own water shoes bring them, what they have are all stretched with very poor traction. Water is cool at about 68F. Overall very unique experience. No photos in the caverns.
