Our fast growth is based on a philosophy of always implementing the latest and best technology available. Our mission is to satisfy clients by providing a wide range of water sports such as scuba diving, snorkeling, windsurf, sailing, rowing, parasailing and a variety of aquatic excursions. Everything we do is executed with the highest regard for personal safety standards. When booking at the RIU it appeared that you could scuba dive from any RIU but not the case . They do not pick up at all resorts. The process of swimming out to the dive boat with no tank on your reg is not good ,as salt water got inside my 1'st stage and i had to to do... More

Ernie was the Scuba Caribe rep at the Playacar Palace. I am a certified diver and we had planned to go to Cozumel for the day to dive, but my son got an ear infection. Rather than diving alone, one of our friends took the resort course-about an hour in the pool and off we went for a shallow dive.... More

My sister and I were here the first 2 weeks in February for our birthday. We were greeted by Pepe who was great. Very friendly and approachable and really made an effort to meet all of our needs and answered questions before they were even asked!!! Had 4 great dives. 2 Cenotes which were amazing. couldn't recommend that enough, a... More

We went diving twice from the Riu Palace Riviera Maya resort and had a great time! Our guide Borja was fantastic - go find him if you want to have fun and see some amazing sea life. The whole trip was professional. The boat was in great shape, fully equipped and everybody involved was pro. These were my first dives... More

Just come back from our stop at the Riu Yucatan. We were there for the first two weeks in Feb. Went down to the dive centre to be met by Miguel who went through the usual joining details. I then started to book my dives with Pepe who could not have been more helpful. The dives were all excellent, and... More

Two young adults, $120 US each. First a half hour of "class" instruction, then another half hour in the pool to learn the equipment, then a 45 minute dive by Los Arcos to 70 feet. Includes all transportation. Absolutely safe and fantastic experience. Great way to find out if deep sea diving is your thing. Highlight of the trip.

Had a great day snorkeling with the Turtles, also snorkeling in 3 cenotes and top it off with zip line. Also took part in traditional Mayan Shaman ceremony. Sandy was a great tour guide, very knowledgeable and fun! The trip home was excruciating due to traffic jam but our driver Manuel made it fun. Great trip, highly recommend!

We have been diving with Scuba Caribe three years in a row while vacationing at the Riu Palace Riviera Maya. There is a dive shop right at the hotel adjacent to the beach, for the ultimate convenience for guests. Diving instructors use the hotel pool for learning the basics, then move students on to the many reef diving opportunities just... More
